  1. What!? Kamar Aiken is no longer our #2 receiver? He must have really pissed them off to go from #2 to "Other" so quickly! http://www.buffalobills.com/team/depth-chart.html
  2. I think the Bills have a 60% chance of beating the Chiefs opening day (if the o-line looks more like in the Bears game than the Denver game). I'll be there with a couple buddies doing my part to negate the home field advantage!
  3. Chan Gailey Says "No Serious Injuries"
  4. http://www.rotoworld.com/content/playerpages/playerbreakingnews.asp?sport=NFL&id=6649&line=210041&spln=1
  5. Hogboy rants about volunteer firemen... (arsonists)
  6. I'd like to see the following things that I feel are all realistic, though I only expect to see around 50% NO INJURIES A TD from our starting offense CJ Spiller run decisively CJ break a tackle CJ have at least one good pass block White run for over 10 yards (he's decisive and I've like to see him get to the second level at least once) White get to the LOS most of the time before a defender is on him (2nd string o-line performance) Decent CB play fom Corner. If he plays poorly, I'm about ready to give up on him, though I've read reports he's had some good days at camp. More flashes of playmaking from A. William. I don't care if he gets burned a couple times; he's still learning Something better than mediocre special teams play on kicks and coverage. At this point average would be a big step up. No Moorman punts under 35 yards. If this happens from the Bills side of the field, something is wrong and I'm startign to worry about CM Two or more physically dominating plays from either Jasper or Heard Few penalties. I'm not too worried about it, but not uncommon in preseason and is often an indicator of poor coaching Pure wish-list: I'd like to see an INT from McGee. I believe he's a natural playmaker and would love to see him look really healthy with his "jump" back --------------------------------- For whatever reason I can't post the below separately. The board keeps merging my reply with the above.... No love for Kyle, Barnett etc?
  7. What's the one trick?
  8. I've decided to ignore Maybin.
  9. Your age? ...sorry, was too easy!
  10. Thanks for the write up, Ralonzo. (Bump)
  11. I'm pretty sure you thinking of Crowell, Haggan and Stamer. By the end Crowell started contributing significantly as a LB and Haggan on ST (and held his own but was unspectacular in spot duty as a LB). Stamer was more forgetable....
  12. Mario Haggan started at LB for the Broncos the last 2 years, and got 5 sacks last year. Mario was our special teams star most of the years Coy Wire had that reputation. I remember watching Stamer, Crowell and Haggan develop, wondering which would differentiate themselves from the others and become starter-quality.
  13. Thanks for the notes!
  14. Thanks for posting!
  15. Start here: http://www.buffalobills.com/team/training-camp/index.html Ther eis information on parking etc.. Pittsford is easy to get around. With your wife, i recommend a nice meal and/or walk along the canal in the village of Pittsford.
  16. Ouch indeed! I swear it was like $40 a couple years ago. You know what I'd do? I'd call up and immediately ask for the Customer Retention department, then say [insert DTV spiel here]....
  17. I don't know if they still have it, but I thought you could watch games live through NFL.com, but only if you were outside the US and Canada. It was either free of very affordable ($40/year?). I haven't looked this up in a couple years since I'm inside the US. It was called "Game Fan" or "Game Pass" or similar.
  18. I'm thinking about buying NFL Rewind this year. I know NFL.com says games will be available by midnight. When have they been ready to watch since you've subscribed? Was it really midnight Eastern? Thanks for any info/
  19. Tackle eligible? ...or perhaps as a fullback!
  20. I'll play along... Here are my sleeper guesses... what the hell. 1. Jasper - he actually makes the team (not PS) and gets some playing time this year 2. McGee - despite being written off by many fans, has a solid year, starts 12+ gams and is our best DB. 3. Our as-yet-unsigned TE is by far the best TE, helping the offense. (Since we don't know who this is, they qualify as a sleeper, right?) Can Merriman be considered a sleeper at this point, or is he the only Bill where anything between injured/out and solid starter is expected? I have a hard time with all of yor sleeper guesses, Defend Greece, but admit to not having any knowledge of Erik Pears.
  21. It's definitely too early to judge. Yes he got hurt last year, and I heard he suffered a hyper-extension. He may well be out two days or two weeks (who knows), but it's way too early in his career to label him. I don't think he was carted off the field, so this is likely nothing, or close to nothing... (fingers crossed).
  22. 1. Dareus 2. Our new O-lineman (as yet un-named) 3. Merriman 4. Jasper 5. The other draft picks 6. Brad Smith 7. Our new TE 8. Thigpen 9. Easley, D. Nelson, Roscoe, WRs 10. Special Teams
  23. I thought we only switched to the 3-4 so Trent could get more time practicing against it....
  24. Unfortunately, the games he was able to play Heap was held together with duct tape and anesthetic. I doubt he has more than a year left, and doubt he'll play more than half the games this year. Still, if the Bills think he's a fit, and he can help any of the other TEs develop, I could live with signing him to a one year deal, though I'd much rather sign someone younger.
