That's what I saw in preseason last year. I predicted Branch might get cut, then surprisingly he really turned it on game 1. I think he just doesn't like (playing in) the offseason, and likely doesn't hide that from the coaches. No one on the Bills expressed any concern about him, and they were right; he was fine. As far as I can tell, it's the same thing again this year.

I heard the opposite, but might have completely missed the boat. I thought he said Norwood had been hooking his kicks more than usual in warm ups, so he was sure the kick was good (i.e. it would hook back), but then it drifted wide.

I'm surprised about the Kyle William comments. I see a lot of signs that Kyle is very respected by his teammates a leader. Why do you guys think calling out your teammates in the media is a sign of leadership? What makes you think he's not calling them out behind the scenes?

I watched last night. Jim was so conspicuously absent from the show, for obvious reasons. I bet it really burned him up that he couldn't be on there singing Reed's praise.

Going into this year's Training Camp I thought Hogan = JAG (just a guy), but reading today's reports I realized my opinion was changing. I've gone from giving him 25-30% chance of making the team (barring injury) to 80-90%. Teams need possession receivers. I don't expect him to have too many catches, or yards, but he might well get some critical first downs for us. I have not gone to camp, but have heard more instances of TJ dropping a ball than doing something positive. My shift for Hogan was paired with me feeling like TJ might not make the team after all. Is Hogan doing anything on Special Teams?

The best i can think of are Frasier, Colbert Report, and Star Trek the Next Generation (and also enjoyed Enterprise). Didn't The Simpsons start on the Tracy Ulman show? If it qualifies, I'd think it warrants serious consideration.

I thought Robey was better than McKelvin last year too. I've been thrilled with how much McKelvin has improved, but he does not seem like a game-changer. Robey was solid even beyond his big plays, and seemed to be improving as the season went on. I hope he gets a lot of playing time again this year so we can see how high his ceiling is.... McKelvin made me very nervous returning punts last year.

Tatiana Maslany certainly deserved to get nominated for Orphan Black. And even with a lot working against it, I thought it might still happen due to the buzz about her snub last year. Also, I thought we might well see Keri Russell, who was very good again in The Americans. Tough category....

I have to throw Blade Runner out there for consideration. I called this my favorite movie for years, but haven't thought about it much in the last ~10 years.

Yeah, that's the best I found as well. I was surprised there wasn't more footage readily available. I swear I remember around a dozen plays with Tasker downing punts inside the 1-2 yard line that aren't even mentioned in those couple videos that come up. . . .

But remember, and I hope it brings you some solace: death isn't tragedy. It sounds like you had long wonderful years together, a wonderful success. Still, I feel your pain and wish you luck adjusting to your new normal rhythms.
