  1. What are you talking about? Harrison is a complete ****. Brady is too. They just get away with the attitude because the media loves them and they win.
  2. Looking at the Scouts, Inc. report, there was this weird statement in there. Speaks more to Scouts, Inc. than to Davis. Just thought it was strange enough to merit posting. WTF?
  3. I wonder what the basis is for the interest is in Wells. It seems like if Wells was that great, a coach like Green would want to hold onto him. OtOH, why bring in an RFA unless you really believe in him, in Marv's case? Guess we'll find out.
  4. I'll bite. There needs to be a number 2 receiver in that equation somewhere to take the pressure off of Evans. Someone with Josh Reed's skill set, perhaps, but more clutch playmaking ability. The guy who will catch passes and draw coverage when Evans is blanketed, a la the Denver game. Moulds can certainly be that guy but he's costing us an arm and a leg in that role and I just don't get the impression he wants to be here, nor is he interested in making the kinds of connection that Losman was/is starting to make with Evans. I made this point some time ago and was lambasted for it -- at some point you have to decide what your team's identity is. Through no huge fault of Eric, this team's identity has been a losing one for the duration of his tenure (if an identity existed at all). He has been a pretty good Bill (though never the inspiring leader I look for in a guy I'd call a 'great' Bill). But maybe he needs a new place to latch onto and finish it out. And maybe we need for him to leave, and to pick up a serviceable veteran who believes in the program and can play #2 well. The money would probably break out about even, but having the extra cap space to keep Eric means we also have the cap space to absorb his cap hit. I hate to say it, but it's time to replace Moulds. Not merely to cut him, but to replace him.
  5. From the AP article: I'm waiting for evidence. Someone was wondering who the new whipping boy should be. If this guy sees playing time again this year, there's your answer.
  6. I'll one-up you on that and say that folks would love his "attitude."
  7. Clumpy, any idea how long an update will be for the new FAs? Thanks for doing this!
  8. It's amazing how some people give Terrell Owens a free pass for acting like a 6-year-old and would trade the whole draft for him if he'd come here. Yet somehow the soft-spoken third-year QB is cocky for taking a role that was given to him, not necessarily succeeding but displaying some improvement, and at times getting angry when things weren't going right. Oh, and because some draft reports and an average running back from Minnesota said so.
  9. I was thinking they didn't have enough quality receivers. A couple more and they should be ready to go the distance. Millen, you genius!
  10. It's alright. Before the injury you were probably going to be one of the better people to ever have seen it. Anyone who knew anything about viewing "Animal House" knew you were going to be one to watch.
  11. I don't know why anyone would argue. But then again, Anderson and Jerman are both on this roster, and one of them just got a ticket punched for two more years. Unfortunately it seems like those who would argue are running the team... Let's hear it for camp cuts. We do need somebody for our hot new D-line to turn into hamburger.
  12. Yeah, before that I had a liver with a nonstop motor.
  13. Hey, give him the benefit of the doubt. We've all been there. For instance, I was this close to getting into Harvard Law before that unfortunate beer injury during undergrad.
  14. that's a -10. Reubens. Bring it in corrected, please.
  15. OMG this is getting better and better. I re-unresign. Can you elaborate on how your individual reign of high school football terror sheds light on your ability to judge NFL talent, the salary cap and building a team that can win the Super Bowl? And how 48 hours into free agency this team should be already-assembled? 250 words or less, please.
  16. Your such a eletest Joe.
  17. Waaah. I hereby resign from this thread.
  18. Actually, in the original thread the Bills are the subject, and the franchise left Jerman of its own accord.
  19. I work with ESL students, but there are just as many EFLFPWNLITFT [English as a First Language For People Who Never Learned It The First Time] students floating around. Of course, student implies some engagement in the process of attempting to learn.
  20. Exactly. I'm just trying to foster the sharing of good information. For example: Mike Mularkey left the team of his own accord vs. Mike Mularkey has extended his contract for eternity. These are slightly different things.
  21. Only if "it" refers to "our hopes."
