Well not quite. The fact that Jon Gruden would even meet with the Bills is slightly encouraging and confirmation is a good thing.

A pal and I were chatting about this and wondering if it would be tampering but I guess you could argue plausible deniability since Jon himself could be viewed as a candidate.

That's fine but it doesn't change that our #1 need is at the most premium position and every spot dropped lowers the chances of filling that need with a talented player.

At this point they have screwed the pooch so badly on field I just want the best chance to get the best players.

As one who has taken your position in the past, I respectfully disagree. They ARE losers. What they are doing right now is making it harder to build a winner next year by addressing their needs. They need a QB and it will be harder to come by a good one the later they draft.

Christsakes man. Every week you can find criticism of Donald Jones or Steve Johnson or Mario or Barnett or the punter if you're looking for them. Fitz plays the most important position on the team and has the highest avg salary on the offense. He isn't getting it done. Just as he earned a shot last year, he has earned the criticism by making critical, game-losing mistakes in crunch time. He can handle it. I am not sure why you are so oversensitive about it.

I'd love to see your quantitative analysis behind that figure.
