There has been absolutely no verification of any contract or trade offers. I mean, there is a post congradulating the front office for the TO and Scheffler moves. Has this board gone so crazy that we are making sh-- up now? Unreal.

Depth. Fine is only going into his second year. He needs to learn and watch a veteran (and thank god that veteran won't be Robert Roayl). Plus, he's not a player that can - yet - stretch the defense. If we do get Scheffler (which is very dubious at this point), it will be a significant upgrade.

Like I (and a lot fo you)said before, this is BS. He's not in Buffalo today and Buffalo has no interest. The story of his visit was never confirmed by the team and it is likely his agent trying to beef up the asking price since only Tampa has an offer out.

I wonder if his agent is adding Buffalo to the mix to try and drive up his value. It would seem to me that Buffalo does not want him back - nor would he want to come back. That being said, we need him at OLB. And I would love to have him.

Last week at this time, and more so throughouth the week, a good number lot of threads showed up here criticizing the Bills' front office for a lack-luster FA period. Lack of signings made people around here mad. Did something happen this weekend to make that change? Because all those threads are gone. Just wondering.

That being said, I think this "source" is either made up or part of Rosenhaus' plan to start a possible bidding war for TO. And even though I love Florio's PFT site, I think his sources (the first was a link to the same one we are reading here, and his second a "coorboration" that Buffalo is interested - probably from Rosenhaus or his people) are part of the same game. Obviously, a lot of you have never seen this guy play with all the "undersized" and "Ellison" comparisons. This guy is a football player, plain and simple. He can tackle, he's good in coverage, and he's knows the defense very well. Plus, he is young and would make a great pairing with Poz. I am hoping we sign him - it would be a HUGE upgrade.
