  1. If it is "out with the old" shouldn't Marv go too?
  2. I actually love that trade. That is a lot of picks for JP. Sounds too good too be true.
  3. Welcome to the group. A lot of us here LOVE Vernon Davis, but from all the hype from the combines, he may not be available by 8. Ive heard rumors that San Fran may be taking him at 6.
  4. You just know that because it spells "Leon Hard."
  5. Youth movement at the safety position. Can't be worse than Vincent and Milloy last year. Baker has done nothing but make plays whenever he is in the game and Leonard has the ability, both against the run and pass, to be a solid starter.
  6. Is there a way to listen to it? Online?
  7. I couldn't agree more. I think Ngata will be a classic underacheiver. Just watching some of his games this year I think he has great games and games he takes off. Vernon Davis SHOULD be our first pick. Look at the teams with game changing tight-ends: San Diego, KC, Giants (when Shockey is playing hard), even Denver with Sharpe. The offenses are more expolosive and the defense has to take a man out of the box to focus on the TE. I know that our lines need serious upgrades but we can focus on at least one position (LT,OG) in free agency and hope for a good addition to be available in the second round.
  8. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2349660 I know he is getting older, but he is still the top guard in the league. Free up salary with Moulds' release and give him a 2 year deal. Thoughts?
  9. MONEY!!!! Simple as that.
  10. Who f-ing cares?
  11. There may have been a couple questionable calls, but why is everyone going conspiracy theory on this game? Why can't we as football fans be happy for a team winning theSuper Bowl? A team that was clearly better and was clearly going to win the game. Remember, if Big Ben doesn't throw that int (terrible pass by the way), this game ends in a rout. This board and a lot of Bills fans have become so angry over the past year. Just relax. Enjoy the off-season and get ready for better football under Marv next year.
  12. Is there ANY crazy idea that doesn't get its own thread on this Board? 592766[/snapback] Exactly. This board is filled with escapees from some mental hospital. Bills fans will never get mistaken for knowledgeable fans. That is for sure.
  13. It was actually a little more than that. And for a boring Super Bowl (Pitt will win easily and everyone knows it) this stuff is like gold for reporters. Also, Stevens said a little more than "we are coming to win." He singled out Bettis and Porter, saying that it will be sad to see Bettis leave without a ring and that Porter wont be able to sack Hasselbeck b/c he won't be able to get around Walter Jones.
  14. Always liked Jane's Addiction, but didn't know Perry was a football guy. He is a good organizer, putting together the Lalapalooza concerts.
  15. ill take Pittsburgh if not taken.
  16. If he was, he would have been considered for a number of other coordinator jobs. Same thing with Clements.
  17. Being a degenerate College Football better I watched this guy a lot (won me some good money against C. FLorida and Fresno State in the bowl game). He is the real deal, great hands, above average spped and good football instincts. I love the comparison to Cooley. Very accurate.
  18. That is messed up.
  19. I would take a Super Bowl in 5 years. Totally. Although most of the crybabies on here may be gone by then.
  20. "It won'tbe boring." What? Boring? That is exactly what his offense is.
  21. Great point. It was implied but not laid out.
  22. What would be a litmus test for a litmus test? Just wondering.
  23. Miami - Nick Saban, head coach of the Miami Dolphins is said to be after Dom Capers, the recently fired head coach of the Houston Texans. Saban has been an admirer of Capers for years and knew him well when he had hair. Capers experience, as well as the experience of his hair piece, blew Saban away at a recent interview in Miami. It is said that if Capers is hired as the DC of Miami, Mr. Capers' hair piece will coach the Defense Backs. "Nobody knows defense like Dom," Saban recently said, "and nobody knows how to coach defense backs like Dom's toupee." On a similiar note, Mike Mularkey's sweatershirt will be running back's coach.
  24. Chicago is laughing at us? They aren't much better. They play in the worst division in the NFL and are one-and-done in the playoffs. When did they last even win a playoff game?
  25. I wonder if Marriuchi would come to Buffalo as Jauron's OC.
