  1. Today is March 9. The season starts in September. We have 3 more months of free agency and the draft. RB will be addressed in FA and the draft - possibly A-Train/Chris Brown as backup (5-10 carriers/game) and starter 15-20 carries/game in the draft (1st round) QB is fine. With the new line the running and passing games will both be better. Plus JP is in his second year with Fairchild's offense and will only get better. DT - I think Marv and Co like the guys they have. McCargo was hurt last year but he will be back and better. Maybe also addressed in FA. (1st or @nd round) CB - Youbouty and maybe K. THomas will be resigned. This could also be addressed in draft giving us Youbouty, McGee, Greer as CBs. WR - I think we are ok. But possibly addressed in 2nd, 3rd round of draft also. Just relax and let these guy do their job. I think you may be pleasantly surprised.
  2. So let's not freak out that we don't have a running back yet. This includes the idiot sports media as well.
  3. You are an F-ing retard. First, assuming your idiotic reasoning is taking as fact, wouldn't more "white" people move to LA if the cost of living is higher? Because don't white people make higher incomes and therefore be more able to afford the high cost of living? People aren't leaving LA - especially "white" people. And, if they do, they move to Orange County (also because of lack of homes in LA - due to population growth), which is basically a giant suburb of LA that used to have an NFL team (LA Rams). LA is more likely to have a Stadium in OC. And, just because you are white and poor doesn't mean minorities are also poor. I live in OC , Im white and I a lot of my friends are minorities that make a lot of money. Don't be an ignorant a-hole. I really hope this post was a joke.
  4. Just saw the specifics of the deal: 4 years 20 million. Just Kidding!!!!
  5. Heard it on the NFL Channel on Sirius. Said could be done today. More to come....
  6. How great of a life side would that be??
  7. Yeah, beacuse he was winning so much with us. Stupid.
  8. Agreed. But I think Okoye may go very early.
  9. NO WAY!!! He has hands like a digital clock.
  10. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2778174 I know we have speculated about this for the past month or so, but it seems legit now. Look for RB with first or second round pic.
  11. This guy will be a beast across from Lee Evans. He has NFL star written all over him. We can't afford to draft another DT and "develop" him. We need to keep the guys we have or get a big DT in FA. OL can also be addressed this way. Therefore, our only choice with this pick is Jarrett. His will be a day one starter and will make our offense instantly legit. Make it happen Marv!!
  12. Good point, I was thinking the same. Id have to think that IF God does influence football games, he definately hates the Bills. And we are out of hope. Maybe we ask the devil for help, it worked for Bellichick and Brady.
  13. Are you comparing the Bills-Patriots to Red Sox-Yankees? A rivalry has to be 2-sided, and unfortunately, ours with the Pats is not. Far from it. That statement is laughable.
  14. Becuase the Steelers are notoriously cheap. I think Wisenhunt would have been a great replacement for Bill C., but they seem to be going for a cheap replacement.
  15. The Patriots aren't the devil...... ......Foosball is the devil.
  16. Dom Capers the highest paid assistant in the league....wtf? Dom Capers? Meathead will be fired or demoted and isn't even a candidate for the job. Brian Schottenheimer the lead candidate for coach cuz nobody else wants the job. I love it.
  17. I guess Strahan will really be eating at Subway now...."more beef!"
  18. They did. Good call.
  19. The team, I believe, started in the AAFC in 46 as the Buffalo Bisons then changed names in 47 to the Buffalo Bills. That team played unil 1949 when the AAFC folded and was incorporated/merged into the new NFL. When the city was granted an AFL franchise in 1960, the team kept the name of previous franchise "Buffalo Bills." The franchise was not affliated with the current team. I also saw the question and, of course, got it right. The final Jeopardy category was "Pro Football" not "NFL Football" or the "NFL." Therefore, the question, as it did, could have included any of the pre- and post-NFL leagues. Dallas Cowboys? That answer (both by women) didn't make any sense.
  20. You'd definately get a show if you could do that. On ESPN? Proably not. But somewhere.
  21. When I saw that stat yesterday, all I could think of was this: "Mr. Blu - MR. BLUTARSKY... ZERO POINT ZERO."
  22. Phew. Now he's available for my fantasy football championship game. After which, I hope he blows his knee out.
  23. you heard it hear first, on here...or something...ahh nevermind
  24. We still need a solid right guard and center and a big DT. Ellison looked great today. He played very well in coverage. And, as posted separately, Nate played his best game of the season.
  25. You're right...even better.
