Are you kidding me when there is a tackle to be made on a RB "PrimeTime" will be no where near it.... Now Moulds stiff arming him might be more realistic...

RTconner ill take that bet......If he starts he will get over 50yds....What I hope is Mcgahee does too.... Something like Henry 18carries 75+yds.... Mcgahee 12carries 50+yds..... or vice versa....with whoever seems to be giving the offense a better running flow getting more carries in the 2nd and 3rd quarters....then in the 4th both backs complementing each other to finish the game off......

Just to defend Henry once again....I have every game taped from last season and after his rib injury he wasnt out on 90% of 3rd down plays(only 3rd and shorts, were we passed alot anyways)....So this notion that he missed alotta blocks resulting in sacks last season is just plain wrong....Has he missed blocks this year YES, has it been as bad as people make it out to be NO.... Someone posted a link a couple days ago to a website that had every statistical stat in the game...Check it out....Henry has blown two blocking assignments for sacks and guess what....in less time...So has Mcgahee.... The problem with Henry so far is that he hasnt been as lights out, punish the intital defender type back, we've seen in the past....He hasnt had that big game..... Should Mcgahee start over Henry....I dont think so(not yet), should Mcgahee get more carries/oppurtunities in the backfield...I think so...Should they both be used in the same packages alot more...I think so.... We got two good backs....USE THEM BOTH......

Like i said before....Mcgahee is our future...there no doubt about that....but we got two good backs on our squad right now....Why does one have to play and the other have to ride the bench...... Put them both in...Use them both.....

In what game have we had the same situation in the 4th quarter?? Only one and that was vs Jacksonville were we lost to a dumb penalty on that clock killing drive... No other game did we have the same situation that we had vs Miami.....a lead going into the 4th....This game we did and Mcgahee did his job and ran hard, end result we won.... So all the faults Mcgahee had in this game can be look past cause he got the job done in the 4th.... I'll say it again if Henry did the same(which he has in the past), people on this board would be harping on how bad he did in the 1st half, plus not getting in on the goalline and saying it shouldnt even have been a game had he done better in the first two and half quarters....and we won despite of him.... It's sad some people dont recognize we have two solid backs on this team.... USE THEM BOTH............

I find it funny.... But if Henry had started yesterday...and had the same exact results... This is how posts would look like today... "TH had an average game and we won despite of his poor running in the 1st half... They would be harping on ......how he got stuffed on the goaline.... ......how he missed a block that resulted in a sack at our end of the field ......how he slipped on two running plays ......how he fell on a screen play ......how he dropped a pass out in the flat No doubt he is tough runner but he just to dumb to put a complete game together...." Its sad but its the truth...

Has he single handedly cost us games ... no.... Did Mcgahee have a good game yesterday ... yes.... If the Dolphins had the lead going into the 4th would Mcgahee still of had a good game...?? No.... Why....cause he wouldnt of had the same oppurtunity.... Henry hasnt had that oppurtunity to put a game away.....so to say Mcgahee is far better then Henry cause of one game(when the first 3 quarters he looked like worse then Henry has this season) is just ridiculous.... Will Mcgahee be a better back then Henry in the future....I believe so.... Henry/Mcgahee are both good back right now.... USE THEM BOTH...............

IDK...I dont think Vincent is the same cover corner he was 2-3 year ago but he is still a top CB in this league....In the 2 full games he played he didnt get beat at all....and did extremely well in run support...I dont think he is done or atleast he hasnt shown that he is done.... As for Milloy, yes he isnt the best cover SS in the game....but his knowledge, experience and leadership are key factors missing from that position right now... Do I think we'd be better on 3rd down situations with Vincent and Milloy in the game....Hell yes.... With Vincent and Milloy you get that experience back in there and you move Mcgee back to nickel back were he is more suited(to be a ball hawk that he is)....our 3rd down defense improves a good margin when they get back... I'm just hoping its this week....but i have that feeling they will only see 50% of playing time and will be 100% when we play the Cards the following week....

Yes we do give up alot on 3rd downs but we have yet to have our starting secondary out there all season....This week Vincent should be back with Mcgee back to nickel back and hopefully Milloy gets into this game also.... We have a real shot this week....The OL will have to play BIG...like they did this week.... Dont turnover the ball, keep the penalties down.... Win the field position battle, stuff there run game and make Boller beat us.... Keep the Baltimore D on the field, pound dem with both Henry/Mcgahee, then let the Bledsoe bombs fall all over Baltimore's Defense.... We win... Bills 23 Ravens 10

The same could be said for alot of Henry's games.......making negative plays into positive, getting those extra 2-3 yds a play after the intial hit....Bottom line we got two good backs... We gotta use dem both next week.....and I think Mularkey will..

This couldnt of gone any better....I hope Mularkey learned something today....Mcgahee can carry the burden and Henry & Mcgahee needs to be used equally throughout the game...... Were going to open up this offense with alil more down field passing along with the BEST 1-2 punch in this league....Henry/Mcgahee are going to kill Defenses from here on out..... Travis wont be going anywhere this season.....if anything he will go in the offseason.... Hopefully after today Mularkey realizes that both these guys need to be used....Could you imagine if when Mcgahee was struggling early we had a healthy Henry to go in there and vice versa.....Only good thing will come from this.... In fact imma say right now....If we use both backs next week....The Ravens next week are going to be in trouble....

Hey I thought Mcgahee was a gaurentee to get in the endzone on the 1 yard line I never once thought Mcgahee wouldnt be a good back(and in the future be better then Henry) but you guys still think Henry isnt good and Mcgahee is already better.... Let me first say Mcgahee had a good game(GREAT 4th quarter).....BUT He missed a block early, that resulted in the only sack....he dropped two passes, he slipped multiple times....he fell on a screen pass....For 3 quarters he averaged under 3yds per carry.....and looked worse then Henry has this season... Then he took control in the 4th quarter, and did his part in a good win today..... Right now I'm sorry but he isnt better then Henry....will he be down the road...I think so(and i hope so cause he is our future)....but right now Henry is still the better back.....

Moulds begged Mularkey to throw the challenge flag and he did to appease his player....Moulds needed to shut up cause it was obvious he didnt catch that ball but he'll Moulds went on to make a couple big catches.... 1) The fumble was not reviewable...The REFs blew the whistle which means the play was dead....that is not reviewable..... 2) The kickoff were the Dolphin player caught the ball out of bounds while the ball was still in play by rule is a legal play by the Dolphins and makes it a illegal procedure on the kicking team... Sry but Mularkey was not at fault for either of these two plays.....On the Moulds challenge next time he will go with his booth and not to appease his player...

For three quarters, he carried for less then 3rd yards per(18 for 53yds), dropped passes, missed a block(resulting in the lone Bledsoe sack), slipped on a couple running plays, fell on a screen pass then..... The 4th quarter came around and he put it together in the right spot of the game....ran over 6yds per carry, blocked well, caught a few passes....putting this game away..... RB's are made in the 4th quarter.... Right now he is as good as Henry(not better yet) and this was his 1st start.... Future looks good.... Very Nice

I'm a huge Henry fan but if he isnt 100% i wanna see Mcgahee starting....It will be a good look at Mcgahee vs the Dolphins defense....

I'm not giving up on Reed just yet....He needs to regain his confidence and form we saw his rookie year.....I dont think Mularkey will give up on Reed just yet either...He saw the same thing in Pitt with Ward.... Ward in his 3rd season got the #2 WR nod and only caught 48 balls, struggling early then coming on a bit better in the 2nd half of that season....Its his 4th year fans wanted him out but he started out strong and ended with 94 catches that year... Reed will be dropped back to the slot reciever role these next few weeks and i hope he will start to show that confidence/form we saw in his rookie season....

Nod.... Shaw is 30 and Reed is 24....... Why would you cut Reed over Shaw....Has Shaw been that much better?? Noooo You cut the older guy in this situation and you hope the youngster can come around.....

Reed's 24 and Shaw is 30....When both are making mental mistakes and dropping balls....the older guy will always get cut and hope the younger guy comes around...Could you imagine if we cut Reed just to have him sign with the Patriots and become a solid #2 WR.... I think that would hurt alot more then having Shaw be a stop gap for a few weeks while the Pats WR's get healthy....
