  1. What is peoples beef with Reed? The Reed of last year was the Reed of his rookie year. He played very very strong and came up with some huge 3rd down receptions. Do people even watch the team? What do they want there slot receiver to do? Catch 80 balls and have a 1,000 yards? When Reed was called upon to make a big catch last year he did. He also is our best blocking wideout. I don't understand the hatred.
  2. I agree. Roscoe is an exciting player that made some big plays for us last year. To trade him for a cornerback that is just as much an unknown as Youbody is crazy. Roscoe taking that slant in the Jets game is all you have to think about. Get the ball in his hands and let him go. That play was a thing of beauty. I still don't see why people want Chris Henry. He is a workout warrior!!! That is all. He is not a good runningback. People stop looking at these combine numbers and listening to the media and draft guides. Can a person play football on the field? Yes or no? According to Arizona fans that I have talked to Chris Henry will not be a good back in the NFL.
  3. Amen lol. Still love reading them though.
  4. Reed isn't going anywhere. He had a very solid season for what the Bills wanted him for. Marv backed that thinking up last year by signing him to a three year deal if I remember right. Losing Reed would not be good for this football team. Even if they did take Robert, Reed nor Price will be going anywhere. It takes time for a rookie receiver to play well in the NFL. Now maybe Price would be gone after this year but no way will they let Price go even if they draft a WR. Reed is our best blocking WR as well. Plus he got back to his form of catching everything last year.
  5. I have never seen one game of him. Hence the reason I'm not in the Willis love fest camp like some are. But I have seen Poz play and he is a very very sound Backer that I wouldn't mind having on this team. BUT and I mean BUT, I'm not sure he is the best fit for a Cover 2 defense. Willis reminds me of all the Bunkley talk last year on this board. A bunch of people just clinging to a name and not really knowing much of the person. He turned out real well didn't he. Thats why I trust Marv and not the posters when it comes down to the actual pick.
  6. Houston is a pretty big pass first team. Right there is a big notch in the "no" section for me. Its hard enough to translate your talent to the pros when you ran an even offense in college. But a RB coming from a run and shoot/shotgun offense is going to need some work on the little things. If he is another workout warrior than heck no...I don't want him. But if he can run the rock and run with it hard on the football field than maybe a 4th rounder.
  7. Its Ryan Leaf by a landslide. Not even close.
  8. I'm a bad boy..... my apologizes......
  9. That is an awesome idea.
  10. Thanks for the sermon. I was just curious if they actually got Willis on the show. Thats all.
  11. Personally I think the Bills stay away from Miami players for a while. They usually don't fit what Marv wants to build on this team. Jim Kelly the exception. Beason will not be a Bill.
  12. I dunno why the riot attitude lol but I sure would like to see it. My drive is a down to earth guy and not a bull craper so I know he is speaking the truth. Maybe 97 rock was going to TRY and get a hold of him. I would love to hear those guys go nuts on him.
  13. My UPS driver came in to work this morning and said that 97 rock was supposed to be getting a hold of Willis this morning to give him hell over the radio. They were also scheduling a burning of some sorts. Does anyone know if Rock got a hold of Willis? I would really like to hear that interview. It could be pretty fun to hear Willis trying to defend himself.
  14. I don't know if Troy could be a slash. He isn't that great of a runner. He reminds me of McNabb and JP. Throw first and run second. Don't get me wrong.....Troy can get you yardage here and there. But lining him up as a wideout or in the backfield probably won't get you that much. Personally I think he could do alright in a West Coast system like Phillys.
  15. For those that don't know me very well I like to make sure if I say something I'm right. So if I say something that I'm not sure about I try to validate my claims. I don't spout a ton of nonsense out of my butt like some do in life.
  16. The redskins have made the playoffs as of late? Dockery has only been in the league for a couple of years. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think the skins have done much as of late. Someone correct me? Nevermind they were the 6th seed in 2005.
  17. My point from this thread is that it looks like we have another hard working, smart, and energetic person/football player added to this roster. When I see people like Ellison and Walker working hard outside the football field it tells me these men have focus and a vision. Which always can do great things on the football field.
  18. JPs facial expressions at times are priceless.
  19. Yeah usually you don't see that type of blunt writing anymore. Very well written and pretty much sums up the entire WNY communities feeling on Willis McGahee.
  20. Listen to JP and his press conferences. I see a new man. I see a JP that wasn't there before. I see leadership beaming from him. Seriously.....no concerns at all. Its time for the new leaders to step up.
  21. Lol people need to go read that link. He started his own company and than joined as partners with this company that has been around since 66. Kind of like a merger. Read the first paragraph. It explains all.
  22. Read the whole thing. Its interesting.
  23. According to that press release it says nothing of his wife. Maybe she is the co-owner with him. He definately is an Engineer though. Thats pretty awesome lol. Maybe the leadership lost in Spikes will start with our newest Buffalo Bill.
  24. I don't know. He just told me that he deals and belongs to an Engineering Firm and that he is very smart. edit: Sounds to me that he owns it. INteresting read: http://www.pennoni.com/news/03-21-05.asp Yep he is an engineer himself. Not his wife. Boy I'm really impressed. Sounds like he has great leadership skills. At least off the football field.
