Almost 14million under the cap! We finally got rid of Bledsoe! We have a kid under center with fire like Kelly! We have the number 2 defense and number 1 special teams! how can you not be happy! !

Assuming Bledsoe gets cut, and JP starts, we basically have a lot of the characteristics the Pittsburgh Steelers do... Both have young QB's at the helm (both wear #7 no less) Both teams have a top ranked defense in the top 5 Both teams have superb special teams (the Bills are #1) Both teams have a great running game, and a big time back (I'll take McGahee over the Bus here) Both teams have a solid recieving core Mike Mularkey came from the Steelers, and has a little Cowher in him Could JP be as special as Roethlisberger in '04?? I think he's got everything he needs to be even better

wish i had a spell checker, or knew how to spell anyway, my point is JP has a lot of confidence, but nothing should be declared this early...He needs to know he has an "opportunity" to win the starting QB job, making him work even harder....it's a mental thing imo

This kid needs to know he'll be in competition all off season for the starting job. It shouldn't be handed to him. I hope he doesn't assume he'll be the starter, even if Bledsoe doesn't come back....I hope the Bills make him earn it

Yeah I said it, there's no reason to think we won't be. It's an extremely bold statement, but I'm not only declaring the Bills a play-off team, but a SuperBowl team... What has led me to this madness? The number 2 defense, and the number 1 special teams, plus emerging stars on offense. Lee Evans, Moulds, WM are great offensive players....The only thing we need is a leader at QB who is mobile enough to take pressure off our o-line. I believe we have a leader in Losman, and he is mobile. Couple that with the fact he can be molded into a great QB with teachers like Wyche, Clements, and Mularkey time will tell, but it's not that far fetched, is it?

I bet you if we had won that first Super Bowl, we'd have the confidence to win possibly 2 or more to be honest....yeah i know, I've heard that what kept the Bills coming back was the fact they were hungry to win that first one...BUT, I argue around that time teams were kept together and free agency and parity didn't exist, and we had such great players...just food for thought

I hate this time of year. I hate it because I start reading what happened years ago about our Bills and the 4 superbowls we lost, and the way we lost them. It brings back tears of a fourth grader watching Superbowl 25 and the missed kick, and having his mom tell him the game was fixed...It brings back humialtion of going to school the next day after getting blown out by the home team Redskins...It brings back the numbing feeling watching the cowboys steam roll us for our 3rd loss....and finally, it brings back the memory when my uncle called me during half time of the 4th loss against Dallas yelling "I'm telling you! we're going to win this one!!" i need a beer, God Bless
