I do NOT have the answer but I've also not read a lot of the solutions. The right can push border security and should, but it should not do that at the expense of ignoring the status of current illegals. "Destroyed." Do you get to ride the unicorns where you live? Or just smell their rainbow farts.

Magox has been saying this for years. The Right is starting to get this but they are still a true mess on immigration reform. Hard to play to the far right and do thoughtful immigration reform at the same time.

Ocare exchanges gave me a one year reset followed by increases in line with what we'd long been seeing all along. There are lots of plans out there. Just have to pay for the things you want. And even if you're willing to pay, you might not get the benefits you want. That was true before and after the exchanges.

Completed the renewal. After comparing all plans, and trying to keep the equivalent one that we had, our premiums went up (wait for it) 20%. That's the same as it had been going up every year for the last 10. I'm still ahead since last year during the sign up, my rates went way downbut it's amusing that the increase (for me at least) mirrors what I'd been seeing all those years before Obamacare

FIrst, I agree. Don't like pork, don't eat it. Second, his reasoning is stupid. Muslims did not all immigrate to Canada in this generation, especially the kids in his school. Come up with some better rationale.

I have the next level up but feel certain that the 5000 series would have been indistinguishable from mine for what I do. It's a great camera. There are Canon people and Nikon people. Having used both, I am completely in the Nikon preference camp. Always taken better pics with Nikons and they seem sturdier (also read: HEAVIER). But to each is own on that.

Was not true in the 80s and 90s. Even removing some of the seats since then, there can be plenty of noise but the fans don't have reason to be disruptively passionate.

Deadwood is my favorite show ever but that's a personal preference. It's Shakespeare in the Wild West. An interesting challenge. The "villian" is one of the greatest characters in TV history. The school season was just utterly gripping and real feeling. The Wire is a masterpiece end to end.

Yes, because we needed so much more of Bobbie Bacala and family, Tony's sister, AJ and __[the sister]___,. And Dr. Melfi. Yes so much more of her. I watched every episode but it's the early years that sustained me in the wasteland of the later years. Remember the dream episode? Terrible. An unfinished masterpiece: Deadwood. The school season has to be one of the best single seasons of any show ever.

Unlike the Sopranos that went off a cliff and stayed down for 5 years, The Wire was always on top of its game through the end. Few shows have ever done that.

I'm looking forward to mid-November when I can see if I can get a better rate on plans. It was a great year on premiums with negligible increase for identical benefits (including no change in deductible) expected for 2015. I've not been able to say that in, well, ever. I'll keep giving my data points in this discussion but the ACA exchange has been great for my family.

I OCed up my prediction. Good day for the Rs. Gridlock until 2016. I wonder what the Rs will run on in 2016. Repeal Obamacare now looks a bit dim.

The Americans is drivel (I watched an entire season and want that time back). Homeland is truly excellent. I am looking forward to watching True Detective.
