This is spot on. Obama lacks experience. Guided by principle, he hopes to work with insiders to get to change we can believe in. Hopefully as an ousider he can kick over some old tables. McCain's Polin choice says he's an insider willing to do the same, just with different principles.

Only an outsider can clean up Washington. Biden and McCain won't.

Pasta is what he is. I'll call him on it every time and I'm not alone in doing it. I'm just more consistent. Back when Pasta was playing all the race cards, he thought I was an Obama supporter.

Where you see "oh my a woman," I see a working class family who are real Conservatives of the type that Washington forgot. I also see someone without special interest baggage who is anticorruption. With a dose of charisma that McCain lacks. And she just wiped Obama out of the headlines in an instant. His glorious moment is already out of the headlines.

Do you have the same concerns re Obama and his young kids? What do you think busy mothers do every goddamn day you ignorant pig. They make plans and get through it.

Why is Palin a gimmick?

You already know my party affiliation. I thought you knew so much. It's hardly "ejaculation" as you called it earlier to predict she's going to dominate the news shows over the weekend. The lead story on all the talk shows will be her. Not Obama's speech. That's a coup considering what a good speech he gave last night. Is there any reason in your brain or are you all lib-knee-jerk?

Her administration is the first to give benefits to same sex unions. Just saying--I know we're all finding out this stuff at the same time. Maybe it doesn't "steal" votes from Obama. But she may be an actual Conservative, if any of these people still exist. Without ties to Washington, she might be suited to shake it up a bit. So she could appeal to a true Conservative and Independent. As we discussed elsewhere, my wife is a Liberal and her initial reaction to Palin is positive.

You sure are obsessed with my party affiliation. Find my "attacks" on Obama's experience since you know so much about me. I'm not praising her. I don't know jack about her. Maybe I'll like her. Maybe I won't. So far I said she gave a good speech--the one she needed to hit out of the park. She did it. She's principled from what I read. She's an outsider, whcih to me, is GREAT news. I speak in public a lot. I teach public speaking. McCain is a bore. Biden is decent. Obama is very good. She is also very good. She's going to give VERY good speeches. MY wife--a Hillary supporter who likes Obama, really liked that speech and is excited. Still voting for Obama she says, but she feels energized.
