ISO: Suggestions for moderators at PPP
John Adams replied to SDS's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
There are plenty of forums out there. This doesn't have to be what it has become. It's better since the BillsChan group left but it's still a hole. And yes, I accept the nomination to be all-powerful moderator. -
@Tenhigh convinced me that this place can be amazing. Have it at kids. No more s--ting in the punch bowl starting now! MPPPGA!

Critical Race Theory
John Adams replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
It's definitely better than when posters logged in under a dead guy's account and started making jokes, or when people celebrated a poster who was a child sex offender. Maybe you have a point. This place is great! -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
John Adams replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Same where I am. My biggest personal concern is at my gym. I have a really good setup at home but much prefer the camaraderie of lifting around others. If mask mandates drop again, I'm out. If I have to mask up at the grocery store, it's annoying but I will just do it again even though it's only the Jims of the world that need to be masked. I'll wait on final judgment to see what these recommendations are. "Under certain circumstances" may be reasonable, may not. -

This board is a s--posting board. Has been for a long time. Embrace it: You're swimming in the turd stew. Crapping in the punch bowl is how this place rolls. -
It's Time to Mandate Vaccines
John Adams replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
You said, "They fail to generate those antibodies at about a 6% rate" and I'd like to see what study you're using to support that statement. -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
John Adams replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Agreed. As long as you're vaccinated and not in health care or contact with at risk people, s--t all over this idea. -

What's your source for the 6% failure rate? -

It's Time to Mandate Vaccines
John Adams replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I'm not forcing you. It's your god-given American right to be a dumbass. But if you elect not to get it, you might have to forego some opportunities others get. The reality is that we can't even get nursing home workers to take the vaccine, so we have a legion of morans exercising this right to the detriment of many others who are at risk. -

Another message board expert. Can you please list all the drugs deemed safe by the FDA for which there have been no to minimal complications? Or do the exceptions just excite your FEAR? -
Are there any racist institutions? How and why.
John Adams replied to TakeYouToTasker's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
You're a dolt. Jim's the king of never ending "Get-a-room" childish insult-fests between two people. He brings nothing but he leads the board in resignations. -

Covid 100% deserves investigation. As does Jan. 6, though less of one. What really deserves treatment are the people who tried to undermine democracy with rumor and baseless lawsuits. A lot of people tried to end democracy this year, including the POTUS. Thankfully Pence did the right thing as did some other Rep. civil servants.

The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
John Adams replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Closing no. Closing to illegal immigration, 100%. Our border should be secure or it's not a border. Trump framed it poorly but illegal immigration needs to be addressed. -
This thread can now take credit for cleaning up some of B-Man's turds. Very rarely now do we get the strings of 5+ B-Man thread closers. Think I don't contribute positively? Think again. Less B-Man = less s--t on PPP. Triple here on me with this post but I'm short-lived so my point total will fall quickly!

The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
John Adams replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Caused, no. Driving up cases, deaths, hospitalizations unnecessarily in the US as we enter August 2021, yes. -

Chef Jim, our clueless old codger. It was a B level effort really. As the s--tposter game proves, this is a turdbowl. Only one way to be and you're currently the #2 s--tiest! -
DeSantis For President in 2024?
John Adams replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
But unlike vaccinated people, you remain an open conduit to spread it and risk going to the hospital if you catch it. Moran. -

Further proof you’re a tool. My family and I are at virtually no risk, have zero fear of the Covid for ourselves, followed local rules just to not be *****, hate all Covid restrictions, and got vaccinated because it was the responsible thing to do. Lots like us. Plenty of morans like you too. -

Hahaha. Hmm wonder why the numbers tilt that way!
