Givens is solid, good decent guy but I think he's under contract for a bit isnt he?
-
are none of you reading the news? Bledsoe is GONE. garcia is trash, he complains and whines everywhere he goes, i dont want him at all. We need to focus on resigning PW. If JJ goes for a semi reasonable price, take him, but he isnt a top 10 tackle so i wouldnt pay him top tier cash. Pick up a G in free agency and try and get a free agent QB.

yes to the franks idea, yes to the hovan! I tihnk he'd bounce back in buffalo and kick ass.

Tues. Buff News - Bills Ready To Go With Losman
ndirish1978 replied to Mark VI's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
talks of bringing in backup veterans... so far i have only heard maybe 2 intelligent suggestions. -
I know who the perfect vet backup QB would be
ndirish1978 replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
he's under contract. If they want, they will keep him even without a pay cut. It would be retarded to cut him just to save money unless it affects our decision making process in resigning jennings and williams and/or bringing in a quality lineman. We dont have a 1st rounder to pay this year, my guess is we stay put with bledsoe even if he doesnt take a pay cut. -
Has Weei 850 AM in Boston has reported??
ndirish1978 replied to AirBledsoe11's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
we are going to keep Bledsoe next year, get over it. Also, no matter who the QB is, we need help on the o-line. -
there is a reason Modrak is still in Buffalo..

The Longer Bledsoe Does Not Say Anything...
ndirish1978 replied to AirBledsoe11's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
we wouldnt save that much in cap space by cutting Drew and then we'd be left with Shane MAtthews as our only veteran QB. Theyre gonna leave the QB spot up for grabs during training camp, see if they can rework Drew's contract again and ultimately have him back JPL up. -
No particular order. Law & Order, the West Wing, The O.C., Joey, Boston Legal.

I as watching the post game show for the steelers and they predicted there was no way Ben would start against ¨that Buffalo D.¨ Bettis also said, it was nice to get the win so they could let ben rest next week after that shot to the ribs. Cept for that Denver win, things this week could not possibly have gone better for us.

I think you're an imbecile. Not a chance, but at least you have said your usual controversial bit.

What a waste of a season........
ndirish1978 replied to HelloNewman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
ok buddy let's find the problem-OFFENSE. Fix it now. Oh wait you can't cause DonaHO that piece of stevestojan has assembled a garbage o-line and traded a first rounder for a garbage qb. Oh wait, because we got Losman we won't even get anything back from our horrible record. -

I am just so completely miserable about this team. Can't they do ANYTHING right? God, it's like they TRY to suck. -
I like McGahee's attitude...
ndirish1978 replied to USMCBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
when we make the switch from henry/db to mcgahee/jp things will slowly start to get better. Is it just me or so we NEVER seem to catch a break lately. i mean anything and everything that can go wrong has. -
playoffs are as distant a notion to me as scrambling is to Drew Bledsoe.

Is Mularkey's honeymoon over?
ndirish1978 replied to BillnutinHouston's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
give him the season, the system isnt fully in place yet and he doesnt exactly have a decent o-line to work with. -
well, i found the guy. Winston from miami injured his left knee and was supposed to be the best lineman in the draft. That seals the deal for me Donahoe can't help but draft people with knee injuries
-
ok so its obvious to me that bledsoe will not be beack at the helm next season. People are rightfully down on TH so do you think we should trade him for a 1st rounder and change while we still can and draft o-line next season. I hate to think about this so early on the season, but does anyone really think we can turn it compeltely around and make the playoffs? Even if we were to turn it around I don't see us making the playoffs with the Jets up on us 3 games and the pats obviouly going to win the division. Are there any good o-line candidates for the draft next season?
-
the pushed out of bounds part was not reviewable, they were just checking to see if he maintained possession when he landed. I agree, you should be able to review the pushed out of bounds calls, he wasn't pushed out. In fact if you look at the replay if anything Takeo was behind him and would have helped him stay in bounds. I think the call based on the rules was ok, but the rules are retarded. There was not, in my opinion a TD. Then again, they screwed up by letting it get that far.

guys the league is at ports.yahoo.com, I had to figure it out cause the webiste was not posted. Might want to edit your post adam.

Civil court merely requires a "preponderance of the evidence" in order to convict someone, meaning that you could think "yeah he probably did it" and get a conviction. Of course I guess most people know this, but the fact that the civil case was dropped really does all but shut the door on the civil case. The case everyone is probably remembering at this time is OJ, innocent in criminal court but guilty in civil court. The thing is, once your case has been basically flushed down the toilet by the prosecution as in aborting the criminal case, it leaves very little for the plaintiff to stand on. So, even if there is some kind of case, the defense will merely point to this case. I mean, even with a weak case in the past prosecutors have proceeded just based on physical evidence. I just wanted to throw my two cents in cause Im in law school and I looked up instances where criminal cases were dismissed and the civil cases went on and I couldn't really even find one standard precedent for this type of thing. Oh well, just something for you guys to think about.
