I will keep you all updated. So far, the three that were most interested were Manassas Park, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg city schools. I had my eyes set on falls church and alexandria because of their noticeably higher pay scales. I had heard that Spotsylvania was a nice upscale suburb area.

Okay, I'm a graduating school counselor and am in the process of choosing a place to live and work. So far on my list with mutual interest from both ends are as follows: City of Fredericksburg, Manassass Park City, Spotsylvania, Stafford maybe alexandria, maybe falls church. Spots in MD i'm interested in are Charles County, and Baltimore County. Any advice would be appreciated in regards to any aspect of any area. I would say Baltimore County, Charles county, manassas and stafford all pay similar. Fredericksburg, and spotsylvania are a notch below. Wanted to add, I'm married to a nurse who will have a nursing income.

What we can expect is that we have a 1/16 chance of making the superbowl, and a 1/32 chance of winning. JP will produce as much as Drew did, if not more. He's a better athlete. With Drew simply playing to protect the game, and not lose it for us like he did in several key games, we jsut barely missed the playoffs. I say this coming year, we're right back in the dog fight.

I disagree, i feel TD has no issues paying top dollar to top players, aka Takeo Spikes. When you have talent like Spikes or Clements, and they are worth the money, I think TD pulls the trigeer. I think you are confusing the idea that TD assesses each player with a value, and if the value and dollars match up, I think in an ideal situation he goes for it. TD willl not pay top dollar to a Jonas jennings type, because he simply isn't worth it. Some players like Nate, they are special talent and a bonus to the team. I don't know how anyone can argue that Clements is overrated. He consistently gets picks, is fast, an excellent cover corner, competitive, and seems like he loves the game. Not only that, he can return punts very elusively. Why let a guy like that walk?

I dunno, Clements is the man if you ask me, and will only get better over the next few years. F' the money for once and keep a guy around. I'd rather have clements at top dollar than Mike Williams

How about that you are self employed, and the loss of income would affect you so much mentally that you would not be able to focus on the case properly. tehrefore your judgement would be impaired, because you would be pissed at both the defendant and plaintiff.

Sometimes you don't have to be the disciplinarian TV shows coaches to be. A better way of handling this issue is establishing a set contract in the beginning. that way you blame the contract like "This is what I have to do to be fair to eveyone" type thing vs. this is wht I feel like doing. Coaches main roles are to be motivators, and to get every ounce of potential out of each player. With that said, does benching a player get that message across? I do understand you feel practice is important, but games are that much more important. What kind of mixed message are you sending that if somebody misses 15mins of practice, which in all reality is not a big deal in the grand scheme of thing, vs. missing 15 minutes in a game which is a huge deal. I would have a plan that says if you miss 15 mins, she owes you double that in extra practice and conditioning. Just my opinion....

SOmething i would love to see in this draft is our top prospects to sign 6-7yr deals. None of these 4 and 5yr deals. WOuldn't you have loved to have Jonas under contract for another couple years? New England makes all of their players sign six year deals. Wish we'd do the same.

Good analysis... I think we sometimes fail to forget that football is a BUSINESS and nothing else. My bet would be on that TD is waiting for Arizona to be in the situation we either release Shelton or trade him. Therefore, henry goes to Arizona for Shelton, and we get a pick in the process (3rd or next years 2nd)? In addition, I can totally relate to how Travis is feeling. I'm sure he wants to get on with his life, meet his new team mates, new coaches, start learning the playbook, find a place to live etc... It's only fair. In football you only have so many money producing years, and sitting behind a Willis doesn't make you more marketable. Props to Travis and TD for sticking to their guns.
