A shocker for some not for me... Jerod Mayo LB Tennessee. The next Al Wilson.

Does anyone know the exact date of the 2007 NFL draft
-
It looks like the Jets crashed.
-
Did the league put a rule in- I don't see dark on dark this year-and I love it
-
this week. I see a close game and Miami runs the ball hard. Then sucks in our inexperinced secondary up with the flea flicker or reverse lateral pass. I will guarantee you will see this - that could be the Miami backbreaker that could win it for them.
-
Post draft follow up. Did it ship yet?
-
Does anyone have any from day 1 and today. Thanks.

It was nice to see someone who likes Jeff Webb the receiver-I think he could be an excellent pick. I am leaning toward Justice in round one(but Levy will shy from taking due to off-field dilemas) or Huff. I believe Ngata will be off the board and I feel that Bunkley was a one year wonder at FSU- had no productivity in prior years and is undersized. I like McCargo but needs some bulk. I do like Jon Scott as LT from Texas. I also like Tony Scheffler TE from W. Michigan- I doubt we'll go TE but I love his build. I also like James Wyche DE from Syracuse-reminds me of a Simon Fletcher type who would be there in the 4th but not the 5th. I like Kelly Jennings CB from Miami as he was heavily followed at the Senior Bowl by Buffalo. We shall see. Not far away.
-
The ones who I would like would be Adeyanju(sp?) DE from Indiana in the third.
Kelly Jennings CB from Miami
Mike Bell RB from Arizona
Jonathan Orr WR from Wisconsin
Tony Scheffler TE from W. Michigan
Jon Scott T from Texas-yikes!
Adam Stenavich OG from Michigan
Babatunde Oshinowo DT from Stanford
Gerald Anderson DT from Georgia
These are just a few who I would welcome to western NY.
-
I love Scott in rd. 2-I don't think he'll be there though. He'll go late 1st because of left tackle "potential". Players who I would love to see in Buffalo are:
Daven Joseph-Guard
Jon Scott-Tackle
Kelly Jennings-CB
Joseph Addai-RB
Gabe Watson-DT
James Wyche-DE
Martin Nance-WR
Stanley McClover-DE
These are just a few whom I like. I like Wyche from Syracuse. Looks the part of Simon Fletcher. I also feel Jennings will be the best shut down corner in this draft. We'll see.

We need another depth DT. And they are going fast. Dalton is now gone reuping with KC. I like Pope-but has Ron Edwards had any visits and was he offered a contract and elected to test or did Marv not want him. We need depth there.
-
He was heavily scouted and interviewed by Buffalo at Senior Bowl. But I do not see him falling to us at #2. I feel he is the best corner in this draft.
-
Excellent post. I feel the same way. At #8 many players in this draft are a "reach" however mid 1st and second are very good. A guy like Davin Joseph, Kelly Jennings, or Jon Scott are guys I want but are very limited. I would trade down for an extra 2 in a heartbeat. I'm still not sold on Ngata just yet. I feel Watson may be the better of the 2 space eaters.
-
from yikes-Texas. He will not be around in the third. If we want our left tackle he is it. McNally would love talent like this. And yes high charecter. Make take mid year for development but worth it.
-
I do not want "Terrell Owens" and other "name" players. I truly like the players Marv has brought in - actually I love the players Marv has brought in for visits but SIGN THEM- we haven't pushed hard enough for them. We have made offers which are touchable and thus not successful. Pickett, Wells, and Idonije(who I feel could be a down version of Simon Fletcher) I loved all three but were not creative enough.
-
Arizona papers report Wells will be in Arizona next season- not one bit surprised. We didn't make a strong enough push for Ryan Pickett but the worst move which will be throwing away cash is the Josh Reed signing. That move was desperate and brutal. Israel Idonije has a 60 percent chance of staying in Chicago and yes I believe he will. I have always been an optimistic observer-and yes I like Marv's approach of bringing in youth but they aren't bringing them in. We really lost so far. Josh Reed is just a flat out bad signing-stunned and disappointed. Granted Moulds will be released but wait til draft for a receiver. This is definitely a rebuilding year but I have seen limited to no progress.
-
I really liked him while he was at Cleveland. He could be a surprise FA. What ever happened to George Gause who was having a very nice training camp and played very well as DE in the preseason. Jerry Gray was very high on him then Bam he was cut and never brought back to even the practice squad. He outplayed Denney.
-
It will be a total stunner if we get him - he is a stable presence on that Arizona line. As just a "depth" player he will command more than expected. Although I would be very pleased to find that I am dead wrong.
-
Folks, with yesterdays tightend signing as "offensive line help" Marv knows the real focus will be upcoming. Look for a nice signing this week and yes the draft. This week won't be dull. I like it

action on the field. All I have seen are facial pictures. Pictures of the 2 in uniform on the field. Thanks.
-
No let me know. We can "trade"
-
Would like to buy.

In all honesty did somebody report he wanted to wear number #12? This single digit stuff is bull sh-- ...wear #8..... not teens... history is leaving us ...just like you don't hear doo wop music. . . . plus ...American Airlines originated in Buffalo...tell Schumer to hang a sign(the largest airline in the US).
