  1. such a dump pick...regardless of whether he turns out to be good....we needed something other then a rb at that spot.
  2. It was williams who failed to block down on the 4th down play that ended in a bledsoe sack and fumble return for a Pats TD. I watched the replay several times. Williams blocked the man over him, doubling with the TE, instead of blocking down and filling in for the guard who pulled. It was his blown assignment. Too many mistakes....and it happens every week. Bills were in the game, but......
  3. give it to henry once or twice up the middle, if it doesnt work mcghee can outrun the backers to the corner, or off tackle. McG is 6'2", 225, and fast, we should be using his skills if we are having trouble punching it in in the red zone. Or play action and have him run a lil out. Henry rocks, but make the defense work to stop us. PS - Bledsoe should have hit the FB in the end zone v the jags, he was wide open, but bledsoe took the sack....as usual.
  4. A - gimmie one damn championship! one bowl...one cup...anything.
  5. No one at one bills drive seem to recognize he is a huge liability (at least not publically). So THAT is not going to happen. If losman were only healthy.....
  6. we have NO easy wins this year. Its never easy in your division and, for christs sake, we lost to jax and oaktown b/c we couldnt score a TD. 6 wins would be a reach.
  7. blesoe looks like marino did at the end of his playin days......pathetic.
  8. 8 sacks arent henry's fault. An o-line that cant get a push for 1 yard is not henry's fault. 14-20 during the Bledsoe Era, including 0-2 this season, and just 8 of 26 wins since the midway point of Bledsoe's first season with the team. He is washed up and his lack of mobility just adds to his opoor play - at least the gannons, flutie, etc can move to buy time, and extend their careers. He looks like marino at the end. Has anyone analyzed whether he is even too slow to get back and make the handoff where it is suppoed to be?
  9. I like this article from Raa-cha-cha. Unlike the Buff news, it is insightful and offers a clear solution if the problems continue. http://www.democratandchronicle.com/apps/p...331/1007/SPORTS Bledsoe just has not performed at the nfl caliber level since he came over. He has had enough time to prove himself - just like we gave RJ a fair shake. Granted the o-line and Gilbride have compounded his weaknesses, but last week in oakland 90,000 fans, most of the players and even the announcers recognized that Bledsoe held the ball too long. He lacks the internal ability to make reads and feel the heat, and to get rid of the ball when necesary. He just does not seem to get the picture - dump to a back, or just throw it away. Anyone who thinks Drew can still be, at best, an avg Qb in this league is dreaming. Here is to a quick and healthy return by Losman and a new era for the Bills. The sooner the better.
  10. Oakland fans were actually fun yesterday...probably b/c they were winning. Everyone in the stadium knew drew was holding the ball too long...except him. It is downright painful to watch.
  11. we really suck. bills have to be one of the worst 5 teams in football...considering we got beat by the jags and raiders. and i am hungover!
  12. haaaaaa! i hope the dolphins dont win a game.
  13. Nice post. This is why its important to have depth. Losman's injury doesn't hurt that badly b/c we have bledsoe and brown. Same with Travis - we have mcgahee to step up. I hope this time allows him to sit back and really study the game and what wyche has to offer. Its too bad though!
