...11-5? We win the Division? We must have gotten a new quarterback. Tell me, what team was Fitzpatrick traded to?
-
It's like this: 11-5? No, no way! 5-11? No, no FREAKIN' way!!

Impeach John Roberts?

...did Republicans persuede Justice Roberts to side with Obama? Just to give Romney a target-rich Obama health care plan to focus on? Interesting... -
Impeach John Roberts?
PearlHowardman replied to Duck_dodgers007's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I don't know, dudes! I think Obama would have been better off if the Supreme Court declared Obama Care unconstitutional. Obama could have come up with a smaller more efficent health care plan within a few days - recapturing the health care mantle and minimizing his loss in the Court. Now Obama has Obamacare hung around his neck. Most polls show Americans don't support it. The plan is a major government disaster that Obama will have to defend while Romney attacks it. -
By November Obama's stance on gay marriage will be forgotten if it isn't already. Obama's stance on illegel immigration isn't so heroic. He's only allowing a certain segment of illegal immigrants to stay in the country. And only for two year increments. I think it works out to something like for every illegal immigrant that Obama allows to stay for two years there's ten illegal immigrants facing regular deportation. Pretty soon the hispanic community will wake up.

Denial! It has everything to do with Obama's lack of leadership. His uncouth guests disrespected Obama nearly as much as they disrespected the portrait of Ronald Reagan. To then take a picture of the gesture and put it on the internet is not acceptable. Obama has NO leadership skills whatsoever. No one respects him. Not even his invited White House guests. He is completely out of place in any kind of leadership role. Teleprompter speech reading is all he knows!! He belongs back in the US Senate as a junior senator. If I was a member of the Reagan family I would want the portrait pulled until Obama is out of the White House.

http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/activists-take-out-frustration-ronald-reagan_647733.html Activists Take Out Frustration on ... Ronald Reagan Jun 22, 2012 By DANIEL HALPER Last Friday, an attaché of important gay people from Philadelphia made a trip to Washington D.C. as invited guests of President Barack Obama for the White House’s first-ever gay pride reception. There, they danced to the sounds of a Marine Corps band; they dined on crab cakes and canapés; they hand-delivered letters from concerned citizens like this 18-year old who has had four people close to him gunned down, and noted rhyming raconteur CA Conrad; and some of them took advantage of photo opportunities to give the late President Ronald Reagan the middle finger. “It’s not a gesture that I would use in the White House when representing our city and our community,” opines Philadelphia Gay News publisher Mark Segal, who opted for a sarcastic thumbs-up pose in front of the portrait of George W. Bush over the more vulgar one demonstrated by his Reagan-loathing peers, Matthew “Matty” Hart, the national director of public engagement at Solutions for Progress, and self-taught photographer turned toast-of-the-town Zoe Strauss. “I have friends who work in that building,” Segal explains. “I’m not going to do something that could embarrass them or that could somehow damage a campaign that is so important. ‘Be on your best behavior,’ my staff told me.’ I think they know me too well.” This wasn’t Segal’s first trip to the White House, having twice visited during Bill Clinton’s gay-friendly tenure. “One of the things on my bucket list was to dance with my boyfriend at the White House,” remarks Segal.”And this is the second time I got to do it. We come up to the main foyer, and what do they play? Barbra Streisand. ‘The Way We Were.’ And I thought, Are they going to play nothing but Barbra, Bette and Lady Gaga? I was waiting for ‘Over the Rainbow.’ I mean, this is the Marine band!” Clearly, Segal, a dedicated activist but also an astute political hobnobber, wants to be invited back. But his counterparts couldn’t seem to care less. Hart posted his photo on Facebook with the caption, “!@#$ Reagan.” Strauss simply posted hers without commentary. After all, the murderous facial expression and double-barreled bird-flipping seem to speak for themselves. Comments ranged from “you forgot to add with a chainsaw” on Hart’s “!@#$ Reagan” note, to my personal favorite, “star wars … up yours,” on Strauss’s. ... “Yeah, !@#$ Reagan,” reiterates Hart one week after the reception. “Ronald Reagan has blood on his hands. The man was in the WhiteHouse as AIDS exploded, and he was happy to see plenty of gay men and queer people die. He was a murderous fool, and I have no problem saying so. Don’t invite me back. I don’t care.”

NEW: Syracuse-to-Rochester-to Bills game shuttle
PearlHowardman replied to mackey7789's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Suggestion: Attend a few of the Bills training camp sessions in Pittsford. There's always a lot of Bills fans from here in the 'Cuse in attendance. Talk to them about it. I'm sure they'll be interested and the word will spread!! Kudos!! -

Schools in 'Pool have gone downhill. I know a lot of Buffalo Bills fans there, though! Lots of them so this is a very good idea! Hop on the shuttle bus and let someone else do the driving to and from! -

An optimistic view of our chances game by game in '12

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Fitz will start out decent but opposing defensive coordinators will have an easy job planning against him quick! Wake up, my fellow Bills fans!! -

Bills named one of 2 AFC "breakout" teams
PearlHowardman replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You are one of the few posters here with a brain in your head. Fitzpatrick will be easy to defense against by the middle of the season. Then his teammates will see what a waste it is to play hard. -
The 69,000 new jobs in the month of May was LESS THAN HALF of what economists expected. I'll say that again, LESS THAN HALF! And there was a financial bloodbath on Wall Street as a result. I fully expect that by November the national economic numbers will be even worse than they are now. Obama can only stand back and watch. There's nothing he can do! Romney wins in a landslide.

Fitzpatrick bandwagon
PearlHowardman replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Fitz is definitely a 2 and that's the best that he'll ever be. Anyone who thinks that the Buffalo Bills is going anywhere with Fitzpatrick as starting QB is on drugs. -
When are my fellow Buffalo Bills fans here going to realize that Ryan Fitzpatrick is NOT a starting NFL quarterback? This team goes NOWHERE with him as QB. OK, well maybe not nowhere but certainly not deep in the playoffs. Not at all!! He's just WAY too easy for opposing defensive coordinators to game plan against. The guy's just not going to be there for us when it counts - in the (possible) playoffs! Wake up, people!!

Espn afc east dream/nightmare case scenarios
PearlHowardman replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This will be the Buffalo Bills 2012 season because Ryan Fitzpatrick is not a starting NFL quarterback. And he never will be. He's barely a backup NFL quarterback. It's that simple!! -

You can make all the excuses you want. Fitzpatrick is at best a clipboard carrying backup NFL quarterback. NO-WHERE!! -

PearlHowardman replied to machine gun kelly's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You nailed it. Simple Analysis: Ryan Fitzpatrick is a limited talent/skill QB. By the second half of next season opposing Defensive Coordinators will have an easy job planning against him. -

The Buffalo Bills are going nowhere with Ryan Fitzpatrick as QB. Nowhere! -
