  1. Fitzpatrick's missing deep ball: The Buffalo Bills' offense is getting very predictable and easy to defend, in part because quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick is struggling with the deep ball. According to ESPN Stats & Information, Fitzpatrick is one of the NFL's worst deep-ball passers. He is just 4-of-15 (26.7 percent) on passes more than 20 yards, which ranks 27th in the league. Three of Fitzpatrick's interceptions have also come attempting to throw the deep ball. He passed for a season-low 126 yards in last week's 45-3 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. If opponents do not respect the deep pass, it is difficult to get the passing game going underneath.
  2. There are a lot of smart players on the defense. And these smart players observe QB Ryan Fitzpatrick throwing INTs thus throwing games away. So, why even bother trying hard if the team is just going to lose anyhow?
  3. ...and what became of the two sons who interited the wealth?
  4. The only thing positive out of these losses is that Bills fans are finally beginning to realize that this team needs a new owner or group of owners. 93 year old Ralph Wilson being AWOL from the team is a huge void that no team would function well under. We need a new owner or group of owners who will be at every game and in the locker room with the players before and after games. This team needs new ownership with YOUTH! ...and a new QB, of course. Period.
  5. RW is 94 and the only thing that will get him moving is a certain angel.
  6. Surrendering 1200 yards in two consecutive games. Time to focus on the draft.
  7. Late 60s? Then it's going to be another 20 years before this team is competitive.
  8. The Chan Gaily era is over, the Ryan Fitzpatrick era is over, the Ralph Wilson era is over. For all intents and purposes, that is!
  9. My sense is that the Patriots last week and the 49ers this week both had absolutely no respect for the Bills and really didn't start to play the game until they had to.
  10. Bill - When was the last time you were in WNY to see a Buffalo Bills football game? Where were your daughters today during the game?
  11. Thing is, by the time the Bills get a new QB and develop him, the league will do a 180 and be a defense league and our defense will suck.
  12. Obama's economic stimulus was worse. MUCH worse!
  13. Where are you watching the Den-NE game? I wanted to go out to a local Syracus bar to find but but no, I decided to watch this!
  14. Each month the BLS releases the results of two surveys, the Business Survey and the Household Survey. September Business Survey - only 114,000 new jobs created. This low number SUCKS! We need about 175,000 new jobs per month just to keep up with population increases. September Household Survey - 873,000 Americans said they were working but 582,000 of that 873,000 (66%) are working only part time. This number sucks even worse than the 114,000 new September jobs in the business survey. So 66% of the .3% reduction in the UE rate down to 7.8% was due entirely to part time jobs. Overall, a bad report for Obama. Wall Street was up at the opening yesterday after the BLS report was released and going strong until the analysts there read the details of the part time jobs in the Household Survey and then the market started going down and ended up closing flat.
  15. Wall Street opened up today positive on the BLS report. Then they actually read it, especially regarding all the 582,000 part time jobs in the Household Survey, and then Wall Street turned down. This is NOT a good report for Obama!
  16. 582,000 part time jobs in the Household Survey to be exact. 114,000 new September jobs in the Business Survey. This BLS report completely sucks for Obama! Why would anyone say it's otherwise?
  17. Here in Syracuse we have the Bills-49ers game on Sunday. I'm more than 1/2 tempted to head to a local bar that's showing the Broncos-Patriots game and watch that instead.
  18. It was pointed out on MSNBC this morning that in 2008 Obama didn't debate Hillary Clinton or John McCain very well, either. All he really needed to do then was tread water while Clinton & McCain lost. Also, liberal Bill Maher tweeted last night that Obama needed his teleprompter. Mike Barnicle (sp) on MSNBC said the exact thing this morning. This afternoon Obama gave a speech in Denver that I watched. He couldn't get in synch with his teleprompter at the beginning of his speech and he was completely lost. Lesson: Obama minus his teleprompter is a complete train wreck!
  19. Not a shrink. New ownership.
  20. I always use the weekly Power Rankings to see where the Bills stack up in the AFC for the playoffs. We haven't been a potential playoff team this year.
  21. Back to Barack Obama one last time. There's a joke that includes Ryan Fitzpatrick, a teleprompter, interceptions and debt but I just can't formulate it. Any ideas?
  22. This is why I think the Patriots knew before the game started that they would win by at least two TDs. They know Fitzpatrick is prone to turn over the ball so NE took it easy until the 2nd half. Sure enough, Ryan threw two picks in the first half.
  23. The Buffalo Bills are enough of a train wreck as they are. Bringing in incompetent, blame everyone else, dufus Barack Obama would make things 100% worse.
  24. Nothing substantial changes until the team has new ownership.
