  1. Doug Marrone left the Bills because QB Kyle Orton left the Bills. Bill Polian declined Terry Pegula's invitation to join the Bills because Doug Marrone left the Bills because QB Kyle Orton left the Bills. Both Doug Marrone and Bill Polian know that the Buffalo Bills are SCREWED! Terry Pegula is probably now beginning to realize that the Buffalo Bills are SCREWED! Welcome to the Buffalo Bills 2015 rebuild!
  2. It's the Patriots board that counts. The Pats fans are probably laughing at both the Jets and the Bills.
  3. Improve the offense with who? The Bills need a new HC, OC and QB. That's WAY too much loss from one year to the next!
  4. Business Management 101: When you have your first successful year in a LONG time you do your best to retain the managers and key personnel to keep that momentum going into the following year. Duh!
  5. First Buffalo Bills winning season in I forget how many years. The starting QB leaves. Then the HC leaves. Terry Pegula is an idiot for allowing both Orton and Morrone to leave. This is NOT positive momentum!
  6. The Buffalo Bills, having completed a 9-7 2014 season, were on the upswing. There was momentum going forward. There was momentum for success. Now that momentum is gone. 2015 Season Prediction: Chaos
  7. That's the Buffalo Bills right now and going forward. And it's not promising at all! 2015 Season Prediction: 6-10
  8. One thing they don't talk about in these Pressers - how long does the Bills expect to have such a dominant defense. I mean, by the time the Bills have an NFL capable QB will the defense still be there?
  9. Has anyone seen the Marv Levy exhibit/display/whatever it's called at the NFL Hall of Fame? Levy was a colorful coach especially compared to his boring successors.
  10. This^ Worse, by the time the Bills find a NFL capable quarterback the defense the Bills have will be gone. ...and this^
  11. Three pages of posts and still no one has a decent suggestion as to whom the Buffalo Bills should have at quarterback next season. Not a good sign for next season!
  12. You are 90% correct! Where you are incorrect is regarding evaluating EJ Maneul. He needs no more evaluation. He's not cut out for the NFL. Everything else you said is perfectly stated.
  13. This is THE most sensible post on this whole board.
  14. I said it before and I'll say it again: If you want a fair assessment of the Buffalo Bills, talk to one of us here in Syracuse.
  15. My self-imposed ban on buying Bills gear is now in its tenth year. And it will continue in the the eleventh year in 2015.
  16. You won't get slammed. You're in Horseheads? I'm in Syracuse. No doubt the Buffalo Bills fans in CNY are the most sensible Bills fans there are! Coming into today's game at New England, the Buffalo Bills had three lucky wins this season against Chicago, Detroit, and Minneapolis. Add today's "victory" as lucky win number four for the 2014 Buffalo Bills. The NE Patriots starting offense knew they wouldn't play the whole game so they mailed it in while they played. Anyone who doesn't see these four games as lucky wins for the Buffalo Bills is a fool. 2015 Buffalo Bills Prediction: 7-9
  17. The Dallas Cowboys have scored 5 TDs in each of their last four games. Unreal.
  18. I started focusing on 2015 after the Buffalo Bills lost to a 2-12 team last week. And the playoffs went out the window due to that loss, too.
  19. Not such a bad idea. Unless there are major upgrades at OL, QB, and OC we can expect an 8-8 season next year as the absolute best. More likely a 6-10 or 7-9 season. So, tank the season! Shoot for the number one in the draft and win in 2016!
  20. Never mind today's game. Forget the 2014 season. Focus on 2015. Focus on new offensive guards. Focus on a new quarterback. Focus on a new OC. If the Buffalo Bills don't focus on any of these three needs then it's a 6-10 season in 2015. Period!
  21. Yes. But I limit my fan involvement to watching them on television. I haven't purchased anything Buffalo Bills related in over ten years. And gimmicks like bringing in Bill Polian no longer impress me either. Like SJDK said above, we need offensive guards, a QB, and an OC. That's a lot of player the Bills need to be playoff caliber.
  22. At home in Syracuse watching the game. Not too much later I was right here at TBD. And if I remember correctly, the Bills were pretty beat up, leaving me to think that they wouldn't have won the next game anyhow. Or someone said that and I agreed with it.
  23. That is an awesome Christmas gift. Four people? Curious: Do you live in/near Gillette? Note: Today is Sir Isaac Newton's birthday, too. I learned this tidbit by watching The Simpsons. Merry Christmas, everyone!
  24. Bills are on Syracuse TV Sunday.
  25. WWII veteran, Harvard University graduate, Chicago native. At one time Marv Levy was the youngest college football coach in the country. NFL Hall of Fame. Good things, indeed.
