  1. Just bustin your chops a little man. I think your post are funny, but a lot of people get pretty bent out of shape over them. Hey it could be worse, you could be theblackbear!
  2. People are worried about paying our and other free agents signing bonuses and money for our 1st round pick that we get back. Let's clear this up right now: I agree with the concern on free agents(ours and other) but let's get real: WE WILL NOT HAVE A 1ST ROUND PICK to even worry about! We ain't trading Moulds,Drew, JP Era, or rudyc80. Travis Henry is definitly not getting us a 1st rounder. So fine if we wanna talk about who to retain or go after in free agency and in the 2nd round on, but please, no more "when we get our 1st rounder back sillyness". Thank you I'll be here all week.
  3. Thanks R. Rich. I always thought it was funny in a draft report when they say the guy is limited in space "but could be moved to RT" ?
  4. You know R. Rich, after seeing two Mich. games this year and closely watching Bass both times(the 2nd game he played center), he just looks about the same as Tucker, except he moves laterally a bit better. I want a guy who can get a great straight ahead push and Johnson and Kemoeatu centainly fit that bill. But I want the guy to at least be able to pull on occasion as well. How do you think Johnson and Kemoeatu are in that department?
  5. I agree ICE but we ain't gettin one cause there isn't one. I for one hope we resign Jennings so I have been keeping my eye on interior linemen like David Bass, Elton Brown, CJ Brooks, Ben Wilkerson, or even Jason Brown. Anyone of these guys end up in Buffalo, and I'm a happy guy. I'm targeting a true pass rusher in free agency.
  6. daquixers, we get it, OK?
  7. Holy s*** Private Pyle!!! Right on Frez with the Moulds pay cut but I could see an extension that lowers next years cap hit by a couple mill. I will go on record saying I am in favor of this if it happens. Extend Moulds for 5-6 years TD!!!!!!!!!
  8. Tell us how YOU feel Steve...........
  9. Dude, it's more than OK!!!!!
  10. Awesome, totally awesome!
  11. Champ has been roasted quite a bit this year too. Portis is a real good back, there are just so many now, he's kinda just another guy. But you are correct, for Washington, he was a huge upgrade at that position. As for Champ, who has he ever really "shut down", besides Peerless!
  12. It is weird, isn't it Collegeguy!? Everybody is giving Denver an automatic win vs. the Fins but if Miami keeps playing hard I think they can very easily steal this game. Denver is not a top team. That whole trade between them and Washington was WAY overplayed, just like Bailey and Portis are overrated. I said this before the trade, but people here kept saying they are both top 5 at their position and even Portis being the best RB in the entire league! Neither are even top 5, and are lucky to be rated top 10, if that!
  13. Hey Bill, I think Tra Thomas went like 11th overall that year. We didn't pick till the 2nd but Flozell Adams was taken right before we took Cowart. As for my biggest boner, probably thinking Sullivan could get his head out of his ass.
  14. Ure a butthead.
  15. I have been on the top TE bandwagon for some time now but it appears impossible to aquire one this offseason. So this is my plan: resign Jennings and Pat, and target the best possible pass rusher in free agency. In the draft, I take the top rated interior Olineman with our 1st pick, and with the next two picks, a RB and CB in whatever order the best one's come to us. Also, somehow someway, get a kicker.
  16. We talked about this on a few other threads but no one else seems to care much. Once again, I would match the 6 years/30M/10M signing bonus at the most. If we gotta pay a penny more I take my chances in the draft that Munoz or someone similar falls, then go for a LG or center in the 3rd.
  17. Yeah but talking about the big picture, we need a better pass rush. Until then we have no chance vs. teams like the Pats, Colts, and Chiefs. And the Chiefs have a worse record than us. By the way, there were a lot of plays today by Miami than were more than 3 step drops, though I agree , quite a few were.
  18. Agree 110%. Pass rusher in free agency and top rated interior Olineman with first draft pick.
  19. We ain't gonna get a pass rusher better than Schobel or Kelsay in the 2nd round. This is why our #1 free agent target should be a pass rusher, and take the highest rated interior Olineman with our first pick. This is what theformerlyguestjason76 would do........ JUST KIDDING! Calm down everybody.
  20. Yes, they do need him. At the very least it will let us know whether or not to bring in another corner or free safety next year.
  21. This offseason we need to get a pass rusher, a big nasty but at least semi-athletic interior Olineman(LG or center), and a damn kicker! If we get these 3 things acomplished(I don't care how it's done), I'll feel very good about our chances of being a serious contender.
  22. Interior Oline, CB, kicker, PASS RUSHER.
  23. Agreed. I don't know where he should play though. Maybe move in around a little. He has enough expirience to play wherever, so hopefully the coaches make the right move.
  24. Well, I don't know how we are gonna pay someone way less and get the same production as Jennings so here is what I would do: Try andn resign him at 6 yrs/30 mill./10 mill. SB, and not a penny more. If that doesn't get it done, then I take my chances with the draft. I'm as intrigued with Peters ability as most but I would groom him into the Marcus Price swing tackle role. If we DO lose Jennings hopefully Peters works hard and may the best man between him and the draft pick win. One last thing, NO, Marcus Price IS NOT the man for full time LT, so we better find someone who is.
