I wouldn't be against trading up for Peterson at all. Plus I'm not a fan of trading for Turner at all, maybe with our 2nd 3rd but I'd rather draft an elite prospect and go all D after that.

I'm pleased with the improvements we have made but still don't believe we have a legit RG on our roster. We pretty much have 3 guys (Preston, Butler, and Whittle) fighting to be the weak spot on our line. I wouldn't cry over a first day Olineman drafted to add to the mix..............

The only way I agree with drafting a 1st round CB is if we sign him to a contract that lasts until he is 30 years old. I'm sick of the cycle of losing 1st round CB's after their 1st contract ends.

I have been saying for a while McCargo may bulk up a little to play the nose to compliment someone like Okoye. Looks like we didn't wait for the draft.

Henry was a second. As for Spikes, I believe he will have 3 more very good years. With him leaving, we have two strong safetys playing as our OLBers. I liked Ellisons performance alright, but you gotta wonder how long a guy like him and Coy friggen' Wire can hold up as full time starters at LB. I wouldn't bet against TWO day one LBers at all..................

The Browns signed Lewis to a ONE YEAR DEAL. They are gonna ease a RB in this draft in slowly while he learns NFL pass protections. It will probably be Peterson or another day one pick, we'll see.

It's true. My friend seen the video and was telling me about it at the gym early last summer. Many athletes do movements like this, they are called plyometrics and are training techniques for explosion. Petersons are some of the most impressive I've heard of though, very rare and impressive.
