  1. He would be my fallback option after the younger Jason Brown. With Birk though, my draft plans would include a center of the future on the first day.
  2. Everett Brown here as well.
  3. The Senator also knows Jason Peters SO well, that when he gets his new contract, he will not play hard at all!!! Jackass.
  4. Theory that you can build around a great LT, yeah, what a moronic concept. You Senator sir, are a complete dumbass.
  5. Bell being better than Peters in the long run is the most laughable thing I have ever heard. Bell is a career backup at best. While Peters did let in some untimely sacks this year, he was dominant on 98% of the other plays. Peters being a selfish a**hole doesn't mean he isn't the best option for the Bills at LT by FAR.
  6. I know this is a place for oinions and such but it gets old when people are calling for the Bills best Olineman to get traded. Most of the time without a backup plan as well. Don't even come back with the "look how the line played for the Seattle game or this game" argument either cause over a 16+ game schedule Walker and Chambers they would never hold up. Before you know it, defenses would be eating our QB's alive.
  7. Yeah then we can have Langston Walker or Kirk Chambers (if he is resigned) protecting the blind side for a full seasons worth of games. Brilliant!!! Read the sig.......
  8. How I feel about the Peters situation is pretty obvious by my signature, but if they plan on keeping him, the extension needs to get done before the offseason conditioning programs. Should he be here the entire offseason, I guarentee there won't be a peep about trading the guy. In person, the dude's probably an a**hole, but has the talent to be better than Will Wolford. Should he be here in top condition, overrated will be a word that isn't used anymore either.
  9. Most of these guys getting called to get cut are gonna be free agents anyways, so it's all good.
  10. Schobel did weigh 243 for his 14 sack season. BB.com just didn't update it until 2 years after he dropped the weight.
  11. I think it could be possible since Minny has been grooming Sullivan to take over,so it could happen. I wouldn't mind going after Birk AND going center in the 2nd round. It would give that guy time to develope and he could push Dockery and Butler until Birk hangs em up. You never know who could get injured anyways and having depth on the O-line would be a new welcome warm and fuzzy feeling if you ask me.
  12. How is it a pile on Schobel thread??? He'll be 32 next season coming off an injury. It's time to plan for the future.
  13. I'm with you Jerry in it could be a blessing in disguise. The Bills almost have to either draft a DE high or go after someone in free agency to "cover the bases" so to speak. I wouldn't mind going after Bert Berry AND drafting someone at #11......
  14. I doubt Suggs, Peppers, or Haynseworth even make it to free agency. Something realistic might be TE's LJ Smith or Owen Daniels and then a LB like Crowder or even bring back Crowell. Then get a veteran QB and a fullback like Heath Evans. In the draft, we could then go DE, C, and BPA in the 3rd.
  15. Took the words right out of my mouth. At least one of the signings need to be HUGE, like Albert Haynseworth HUGE!!!!
  16. Well don't worry cause nither Mack or Unger will be there with the 2nd round pick either. Both will go late 1st.
  17. I've kinda been leaning toward Everrett Brown, but I've only seen one Penn St. game this year so I'm gonna YouTube for Maybin. I'd prefer a DE but if OLB Curry fell to us I'd take him or wouldn't even mind TE Gresham either.
  18. I believe Mularky and the Pats coordinators all failed anyways, but hope it works out for us soon. I don't have a clear cut favorate just hope it's not a bottom feeding bumbling idiot.
  19. In that case, it was the failed Belichek coaching tree. If we plan on going after someone on a staff still playing with a serious offer, I can wait.
  20. I like Bobby April, but for the life of me can't figure out why people around here would like to see him promoted to head coach. I voted for someone outside the organization, but it needs to be soon or not at all. I hate the fact Ralph waits until all the good candidates are gone before making a move. Old bastard.
  21. IronMan Edwards!!! Don't mess with Trent!!
  22. Whitner over Ngata!!!!
  23. Later Dick, I think most of us can agree on that.
  24. Chambers hasn't looked bad, neither team is gonna try a long developing pass play, just saying having Chambers over Peters over a full season is a laughable suggestion.
