  1. In the summer of 1999 while I was working at a golf course here in Orlando, got a chance to meet D. Talley. Played golf with him several times after with the pro and some other guy who was fawning all over him. I was riding with Talley and we spent the round busting this guys chops. Later was able to play with Thurman and Talley together and had a ball. Thurman's swing is horrible like Barkley's and enjoyed listening to the ribbing that they were giving each other throughout the day. Each time after would have some food and beers with these guys and they really made you feel comfortable around them. No air of arrogance or anything like that!! Saw Reed out there one day and he is the exact opposite as those two. Very rude and condescending. Still see Talley every once in awhile and exchange pleasantries. Fun times and fond memories indeed!!!
  2. Truly a treat to read his work! Way to early for him and now he is at peace in a better place!
  3. Holding the opposing team to under 200 yds rushing for the game!!
  4. + 1 except if there is a dominate OT rated high enough get him, but if not get a playmaker on the D side of the ball!!
  5. Well now we know why the coaches are so high on Bell because he faces Maybin each practice. Guy can make anyone look like Munoz!!!
  6. 1. Clausen - Buffalo 2. Tebow - Minnesota 3. Berry - Cleveland 4. Spiller - San Fran 5. Bryant - Dolphins
  7. Agree 100%and love this time of year for a Bills fan, as spring brings eternal optismisum!!
  8. Couldn't agree more! Well said. Don't really see the benefit in throwing large $ around on some big name players when this is considered to be the weakest free agent group in years if ever. We jumped in early in the past years and spent money but yet wound up with not much bang for the buck. Sit back and relax and lets see if there are some trades or other movements coming up!!

  12. Agreed. Was my first thought when i heard the possible connection. Now what remains to be seen is if they have to forfit anything major.
  13. Yeah voted for him to, although i was thinking of another chris johnson type!
  14. voted for other but my heart says cowher, although my gut tells me other and would like to see Russ Grimm given the keys to the car!
  15. would work for me as long as there is someone new in the talant dept. upstairs! Have a feeling that where ever Wies goes Claussen will be rumured to follow.

  17. RIP and in a better place I'm sure!
  18. For those who like movie quotes and wanted to see us have no chance to succeed I offer you this " Ladies and gentlemen, you wanted a miracle, I give you Dick Juaron!" Simply amazing lack of coaching. Have tried to give him some kind of benefit of the doubt but mt god, this is getting sickening and disgusting!!
  19. someone better get J. Jenkins on the phone and back on the roster for kick coverage!!
  20. Looking pretty damn good!! Better get the ball to T.O. before he blows a gasket!!! Like the play calling and the line looks great so far!!
  21. Agree with the #2 slot, however it would be behind the Browns in my opinion!
  22. NFL---Bills MLB---Yankees NHL---Sabres NBA---Magic NCAA--Syracuse
  23. He may wind up being good and hope so to, but what gets my craw is that all you hear from teams that succeed is that it all comes down to the trenches. Well that is an obvious need of ours and we go away from there again! I really feel our secondary would be phenominal if the opposing QB did not have 7 - 10 seconds to throw the damn ball!! still a fan but frustrated nonetheless!!!
  24. Why can't we seem to do anything that seems remotely logical? Something always frustrates a fan of this club everytime!!!!
