It does suck for them and the league in general. But I’m also wondering why the expanded practice and rosters are for. I don’t mean this week because it is obviously still not flattened out. But for our game next week I would think that the NFL says you’re playing with what you have and the cards that are dealt so to speak. Again it sucks for the players affected but these precautions were put in to begin with for a reason I’m guessing.
Not sure if we are able to keep Milano, but LB is seemingly a question mark on team for depth now but starter especially if Milano isn’t here. Followed by RT and DB.
Whatever! He also was brilliant in keeping the team on the field for a fourth and 3 late in the half so as to make the Dolphins burn a timeout which they did, we changed and punted and they only one timeout left and had to spike the ball to kick a field goal instead of and extra play for a touchdown attempt.
Is the short term IR operate like baseball where injuries can be retroactive? As in if one or both go on it does this weeks game count as one of the three weeks minimum?
For as much as I despise this man, for the day I will give him a pass and say I’m hoping he hangs in there and am sorry for his loss. Hope she rests in peace.
Just saw the tail end of Diggs’ zoom conference call, reporter from syracuse Matt, asked him about the depth when an injury hits the wr’s like now. He was almost shocked in hearing about the injury and I’m thinking it’s not an issue at all.
Not sure why you felt you had to respond, but I’ll say this:
it’s better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you’re an idiot than to open it and prove them right.
I would tend to agree with those Oline being bad. Even though they do have quality picks on their. The problem is they have pretty much zero player development that occurs there, especially since Marrone has been there. I tend to watch several games being in the area and the local scribes write about them as well. Just my opinion and observation.
Yep! He will join them and speak glowingly about the patriot way and how he loves it their, especially the perks of being on the Lolita Express 2, I mean Krafts jet!
Kinda get the feeling from hearing Beane y’all over the past few years that he loves the football side of the job and not so much the business side. Seems to really get charged up in running the personnel side and finding talent. Think he is in his happy place doing so! Either way I expect his extension soon and he and Coach to be here for many productive years!!
