  1. Yes, I know that he hasn't played a real game yet. Yes I know he is basically a rookie. I just have this feeling about him. No it isn't a sexual thing. Over the last couple of weeks i have read article after acticle about his dedication to the game. JP seems to have the drive, and passion to succeed in the NFL. He shows up to Buffalo early and works six days a week. I am sure someone will reply that "He was a first round pick and getting paid millions he should." That is a good arguement but how many NFL players actually do that? Most work out in the offseason but I think JP has gone beyond that. In my mind JP has put the entire offense and organization on his shoulders. This speaks volumns for his character and leadership ability. He was compared to Tom Brady this past weekend about his work ethic. Most people dislike Brady and call him a product of the system. Tom Brady is a good QB. He has a decent arm and can read defenses. Tom Brady also has the Charisma to make the people around him better. Tom Brady became who he is because he is the first one to the stadium and the last one to leave. It is pretty cut and dry. Leadership is a product of respect from others. How can you not respect someone like that? If JP knows our offense like he says and the opposing defensive schemes his natural talent will take over. If he makes them flow together i think he will be turning alot of heads this next season.
  2. How about we knock the kid for making bad plays on the field instead of what he says to the media. the media is full of BS anyway.
  3. Big Mike started to Dominate the right side of the line in the 2nd half the season. I only expect him to do the same. If he is losing weight that only makes him quicker and stronger. I expect alot of plays going to the right side this year.
  4. I disagree with you. There can be several micro-leaders on a team but there has to be one clear cut leader on the football team. Meaning when that person speaks everyone else listens no matter how much you get paid. Big Ben might not have been the team's leader his first game but i bet midway through the season he was. The same thing with Tom Brady. The only way to become a leader of a sports team is to gain the respect of your teammates. Respect is gained through hard work, knowledge, and sacrifice.
  5. GOD, give the Kid a break. You didn't see Rob Johnson working 6 days a week did you? RJ was a lazy SOB.
  6. The leader of your team has to be the guy who calls the defensive and offensive plays on the field. Londer fletcher calls the defensive plays so he is the leader. QB better be the leader of the Offense.
  7. JP better become the leader real fast or we are screwed.
  8. Of course he wants a short deal. WM is 2 years into his deal already.
  9. I would think they have something else better to do.
  10. JP better not turn into Michael Vick that is my only hope. Vick is highlight reel but he doesn't make the people around him better. A true leader will make the people around him play harder and better. I think JP has the ego and the swagger to do this. My biggest problem with Bledsoe is that i never saw him yell at his guys on the field or the sidelines. When Moulds dropped a easy pass Bledsoe should have been all over his ass. Jim Kelley and Reed used to get into shouting matches all the time on the sidelines. This past year Manning got into a little shoving match with his receiver. I saw Brady chewing out Deon Branch after he ran the wrong route. JP seems to have the talent and the drive to succeed in the NFL. I just hope his desire to succeed doesn't push him into trying to do everything on offense. JP needs to be the leader but also lean on his teammates to get the job done. I don't want JP running all over the field like Vick because he will only get hurt. Let WM do the running and let JP throw the ball out of the pocket with the occasional bootleg.
  11. I hope to god the Bills are smart enough to not play musical QB. JP needs to start and play the whole game every game. Even if he throws a NFL record of 112 INT's in one game he needs to play. The only way to learn from your mistakes is to play through them.
  12. With the way people were predicting things here i will say um no. Because nobody was right today.
  13. I shoot low 80's most of the time. I have never broken 80. I missed a 4 foot putt for 79 one day. My crowning achievement in Golf is driving 400+ yards. It was at Holiday Valley on the original 9 hole side. It was the downhill hole where the green is right next to the proshop and chalet. I think it was a 440 yard hole or something. It was the best drive i have ever had. I normally drive the ball on average of 280+
  14. Every team in the NFL has interest in Nate Clements. He is close to be the best corner in the league.
  15. Do you have uninsured motorist coverage? Same thing happend to me recently in LA. I got hit by someone who didn't have insurance. I was found not at fault and they covered it since i had this extra policy. Either way you should report it to your insurance company. I think you are required since the police were involved. You definately don't want to pay for all of it out of pocket. REport it and let the insurance company do their job and go after the child's parents.
  16. How is it ignorant? His father was anti-nazi but he somehow became a youth nazi. I fully understand that people were forced to do things or die. If that is the case i feel sorry for him but he shouldn't be the Pope because of it. If your father beat your mother then you have a strong chance of becoming a wife beater yourself even tho as a kid you knew it wasn't right. The same idea goes for the new Pope. He was a Nazi Youth. He had a front row seat to their teachings. He had Nazi Teachers. He sat in a classroom. The Pope has a very visable black spot on his record. He shouldn't be the Pope because of it.
  17. Did your parents sigh up for the Nazi youth. Did they wear their fancy uniforms and say "Hail Hitler"? This guy denies much involvement with them and that he didn't share their beliefs. Of course that is the general phrase nowadays since Germany lost the war.
  18. I don't care. he was a youth nazi and he had to have taken some of those teachings with him in life. At least he is old and won't last long.
  19. I saw an interview with Mcnabb where someone mentioned that he was a mobile QB and he bawked at that. He said he was a pocket passer. It took years for Mcnabb to realize this and well he went to the superbowl last year. Michael Vick will never take his superbowl far into the playoffs. I do not want JP scrabbling down the field like a RB. He will only get his head taken off.
  20. To speculate that the line is going to suck at this point is stupid. Off season workouts aren't over yet and training camp hasn't even started yet. Jim Mcnally made something out of the people he had last year. I was pleased with the progress of the line last year. During our winning streak our Line was solid but they let up during the last game. I blame the coaches for that. Mike Williams turned into a monster last year and I can only assume he will be even better this year. Big Mike was slow to start but under our new coaching staff he has made huge progress. Who is to say that Gandy cannot do the same? all i know is that I am 100 percent confident in any decisions Mike Mularkey or TD make this offseason.
  21. Maybe you shoud own a ranch so maybe you can beat a dead horse more.
  22. I hope Brady takes them to the bank. Out of any of the players in this league he deserves the money. Three Superbowls in four years isn't a joke. System QB or not he is the clear leader of that team. The offense rally's around his scrawny ass. I have no idea how much he is making now but i would think 1st round rookie's make close to the same amount of money he does. Hell Peyton Manning was given the keys to Indy and hasn't done anything with it yet. I would much rather have the bills create a team to beat the pats instead of the pats losing because of free agency and coaches bailing ship.
  23. i wonder if he disclosed that prior to joining the contest. If he didn't then i think he might get booted.
