As I think about Sundays game today

The Bills winning can cure Cancer. I saw it on youtube. -
Tripplett didn't work out sure i will give you that. Anderson was an expendable backup. He was cut by the Bills in week 5 of last year or something. As far as Kyle Williams is considered i think he was lost in the mess of the DL. He has played the Nose Tackle until this year. Nose Tackles typically take on 2 blockers most of the game. So yeah his stats haven't been great which is what most people look at and consider him a bust if he isn't making sacks and stuff. Kyle Williams has been a dependable consistent player the last two years. Doens't make mistakes but doesn't make eye popping plays either. At least until this year. The addition of Stroud has changed everything for this defense. Kyle Williams isn't Marcus Stroud who can take on two players and still make plays. But in a one on one situation Kyle will make a ton of plays. He is short and stocky which allows him to get up underneath people.

Was Hardy on the field at all yesterday?

Last year the Bills only activited 3 DT's on gameday. It was Tripplett, Mccargo, and Williams. Jason Jefferson might have been listed as a DT but he played more DE then DT. This year is nothing new. There were only 3 DT's actived and Bryan Copeland was Jason Jefferson this year. He saw some time on the field and he Plays Special Teams. They asked Jauron about Mccargo not being active. He answered it. He stated that Bryan Copeland was actived due to special teams and the Jauron had to decide between Spencer Johnson and John Mccargo. He stated that he thought Spencer deserved it more. I seriously doubt the Bills are going to trade Mccargo. If Stroud, Williams, or Johnson gets hurt and Mccargo is gone who will replace? The answer is nobody. Mccargo is better then any Practice Squad or Free Agent out there. If one of the Defensive Ends gets hurt they have two options. Active Ellis or move Johnson to DE and activate Mccargo. Both options are viable. I like the options and depth the Bills have for their Front 4. The Post game stuff people are hearing is just rumor without any substancial evidence to support it. I also doubt they even considered depth in their discussions. -
Ellison was in coverage alot.

[closed]The Tom Brady Injury Celebration
kota replied to Max Fischer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Wow just wow. This thread is filled with LOL. I love how people hate Tom Brady because they are jealous of his life. This thread pretty much proves that. People hate Tom Brady because he has Super Bowl rings, Money, plays a game for a living and dates hot chics. The is the only reason why people hate him. Anyone who throws out the cheating accusations etc... as a reason for hating him is fooling himself. It's an excuse if you ask me. People love to hate what they can't have or obtain. People love to hate what they are envious of. Whatever happened to hating the Patriots because they have kicked the Bills ass for close to a decade? Bills fans that are happy Brady is hurt must love hollow victories. If the Bills manage to beat the Patriots this year and actually win the AFC east it is a hollow victory. If you want to be the best you have to beat the best. The Patriots are the best in the AFC they were the AFC champion. They are the best with Tom Brady on the field. They got 2nd place last year without video tape. ANyone who can't see that is just blind. I was hoping the Bills had a team that could take on a Brady lead Patriots team and beat them. Now we will never know. You can bet that for the next two years the Patriot fans, media, etc... will be making excuses for the Patiots if they start losing. If history repeats itself it takes 1.5-2 years for someone to get over this injury. Mcnabb, Palmer are clear indications of that. So everyone go ahead and enjoy the news of his injury today. -
I have nothing against Brady I just hate Pat's fans. I would much rather have the Bills defeat a health Pats team.
-
OH wait it was just a Pats* fan hitting the pavement.
-
Now that's just silly.

No Youboty is the 3rd CB which comes in on Nickle and dime packages. youboty will be in the game 60ish percent of the time.

God damn i love Stroud and Mitchell. Mitchell is a beast today.
-
Evans and Reed on the outside. Parrish in the slot.
-
Russ Brandon talked about this. Marcus Stroud wasn't on the trading block until a day after Rodgers. After Rodgers fell through Stroud became available by the Jaguars. The rest is history. I would rather have Stroud he is a 3 down player.

Whatever as a fan i just want him on the field playing. I have no idea what kind of trouble it is going to cause the line once he comes back and langston moves back to RT. The chemistry is going to be off. I hope the players and coaches put everything in the past and work their ass off to move forward towards the playoff with Peters anchoring the line. I am willing to bet Trent Edwards did a big sigh of relief knowing his Line gets stronger as soon as Peters is on the field. There are people in the Bills locker room who will be pissed at Peters, glad he took his stance, and people who will be indifferent to the whole thing. In the end it all will balance out and the club will move on. I am willing to bet most people on this board will be happy if the Bills sign Evans and then work on Peters throughout the season. I think this is the best solution. Everyone should be happy with it and the only person to loose face would be Peters.

I am glad that the Bills held their ground with Jason. The RAMS folded with Jackson. I think it speaks loudly to the large market teams about the tenacity of little old Buffalo NY. I personally think that Jason is reporting tomorrow to avoid missing out on a game check. I am not sure if that is even possible at this point. The preseason is way to long and i wonder if that had something to do with Jason sitting out. Nobody wants to get hurt during the preseason but there is always someone each and every year. The veterans hate the preseason because of the rookies, free agents trying to make the team. They fly around trying to make the squad and end up hurting the veterans. The best idea i could come up with would be to cut the preseason games down to two. Have 3 weeks of Training camp, then two games a week apart following that. the first game would be geared towards the rookies, and free agents. After the first game cut down to 60ish players. Then have the final game where the veterans get a majority of the work with the rest sprinkled in. Then have the final cut after the 2nd game.

Where is Seattle's offense going to come from on Sunday
kota replied to Drew026's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hope the players don't overlook Seattle like the fans do. They are short on Wide Receivers but we have lost to teams with less Wide Receiver talent than Seattle's second strings. -
Wheres the props for the front office now?

We live in a society where negativity, and the paparazzi rule. -
If Jason Peters shows up in shape and plays next week i could care less what he did during the summer. I don't think the Bills Coaching staff would put him on the field if he can't handle the situation. He has a new offense to learn and to get into football shape in a short period of time. If he can do all of that in a week then props to him.

The bills should get a 2 week roster exemption or something.
