  1. Wow. Stop trying to compare the TD era to the Russ Era. Two different people.
  2. Jerry Jones can have him. Roy will be a free agent after this year and will get Larry Fitzgerald type money. The Cowboys will be in cap jail very soon. Jerry is trying to buy a superbowl this year due to his new stadium coming out and the rediculous seat reserves people have to buy. The cowboys are a bunch of misfits. They have all the talent in the world but no glue to keep them together.
  3. If i was Larry Johnson i would file charges against her for grabbing him.
  4. I don't understand why he is in the league. The fact that he needs security aka babysitter is reason enough to not have him in the league.
  5. His other kids have their middle names after Belicheck and Rodney Harrison. The kid with Bill's name is going to be cursed.
  6. Lee Evans has had what 4 QB's in 5 years? Bledsoe Losman Holcomb Edwards Given the circumstances i think he has done well. He's worth every dollar.
  7. Step off the ledge people god. Anyone who considers this one game as an indication to future games is retarded. Every team has a let down game or two a year. It happens.
  8. Fans with poor knowledge of the game only look at Sacks when it comes to DE's.
  9. I heard Trent Edwards is out for the year with a hang nail.
  10. God this is retarded. JEFF GARCIA SUCKS. He isn't even the starter in Buc land anymore. He is a walking cast in terms of injury. He got hurt again on sunday. Jeff Garcia would not be able to pickup this system by the end of the year. He even mentioned in hte offseason that he finally grasped Gruden's system a year after starting it. Then he lost his job for sucking ass. You sir are a fickle fan.
  11. He isn't going to be traded it makes no sense. That would leave only 3 DT's on the team. Considering Mccargo has been active since week 2 only shows that it makes even less sense to trade him.
  12. Dude, You are so behind the times. Fitzgerald signed a 4 year extension worith 40 million dollars this offseason. He makes more the Lee Evans.
  13. JP's problem is that he holds onto the ball way to long. He is either confused with where to go, looking for the big play to long, or both. JP is not the reason why the Bills lost yesterday. If Trent didn't get hurt the score wouldn't have been much different. The defense was on the field forever because they couldn't stop Arizona on 3rd down. Anyone who blames JP for the loss yesterday doesn't know football.
  14. 41 points allowed outweighs any of the points you just mentioned which was the heart of my original post. Tackling wasn't an issue that i saw.
  15. It's impossible for a Mistake free football game to occur. None of the things you mentioned helped but none of them were enough to give the Bills a loss today.
  16. I guess i was thinking more defensively. Giving up 41 points to conservative play calling is poor coaching.
  17. There is only one reason why the Bills lost today and that is conservative play calling on both defense and offense. There are a few indications of this. 1) DB's playing 10 yards off the WR's. No Jamming at the line. This means the coaches decided they didn't want to give up the big play and keep everything in front of them. It's like they were playing prevent defense the whole game. 2) Not much blitzing from LB's, CB's and safeties. the front 4 could not get consistent pressure on their own. Any decent QB with good WR's and time would have put up Warner numbers today. 3) 3rd and 5 elect to run? Was it coincidence that the run play put the ball in the middle of the field? There is only one starter who deserves to be benched and that is Melvin Fowler. I believe he is the sole reason why the pass protection and the run blocking is poor.
  18. ROFLS at the arm chair idiots. A play can only be overturned with conclusive evidence. If the commentators in the booth are debating if his knee was down then the refs will think the same thing and keep what was called on the field. Good call by Jauron he saved a timeout.
  19. Prediction: Cardinals don't score again. Bills win.
  20. Why is all the talk about JP. The damn defense is letting Arizona run up and down the field.
  21. Alot of people make a big deal about Cardinals and i don't see why. They can score points against poor defenses. The Cardinals are 2-2 on the season. Here are some opponents stats. Week 1 - WIN Opponent - 49ers Opponent Total Defense Rank - 22nd. Opponent Passing Yards Allowed per Game Rank - 19th Week 2 - WIN Opponent - Dolphins Opponent Total Defense Rank - 15th Opponent Passing Yards Allowed per Game Rank - 26th Week 3 - LOSS Opponent - Redskins Opponent Total Defense Rank - 14th Opponent Passing Yards Allowed per Game Rank - 23rd Week 4 - LOSS Opponent - Jets Opponent Total Defense Rank - 24th Opponent Passing Yards per Game Rank - 30th BILLS STATS Total Defense Rank - 7th Passing Yards per Game Rank - 6th The Cardinals are ranked 5th on offense but i believe that number is inflatted due to the poor defenses they have faced so far. Of course on the same token stat wise the Bills defense hasn't really faced any of this years good offenses until this week. It will be a tough game for the Bills maybe the toughest this year for them. The Bills offense will need to score points against a pretty good Cardinal defense. I think the Bills are a more well rounded team than the Cardinals in all 3 phases of the game.
  22. Lee Evans has had 4 different QB's in 5 years with poor offensive talent surrounding him. I am amazed he did anything at all. Lee Evans finally has coaching and Talent around him. He is off to the fastest start in his career. He only has 1 TD this year but that's Marshawn's fault. He keeps stealing Lee's TD's with long runs inside the 20. Lee's 2 point conversion proves he is a weapon in the Red Zone.
  23. I guess catching the TD against the Rams which effectively put the nail into the coffin of Lenehan isn't enough?
  24. Contract Specifics. http://blogs.nfl.com/2008/10/02/bills-exte...ct-of-wr-evans/ "One of the top prospective free agents from the class of 2009 is off the market. The Buffalo Bills signed wide receiver Lee Evans to a four-year, $37.25 million extension that includes $18.25 million worth of guarantees. He will make $27 million over the first three years of the deal, including this year. Evans now is under contract through 2012." Not sure how that stacks up with other players but i think he is worth it.
