You can have all the talent in the world on a team but if you don't have a coaching staff to put it together then they will suck as a team. The Dolphins, Jets, and Patriots all have better records but do you think they are more talented then the Bills? I personally don't think they are so that leaves coaching to blame.

I love the bitterness that people have because Ralph Wilson makes money as a NFL owner. It's priceless. If you don't want to fill his pockets stop buying gameday tickets, and merchandise.

Who said I was resistent to change? I don't like Dick Jauron never have. Check my previous posts on the subject. I think he is way to easy on his players and too conservative to win consistently in the NFL. But like most people i still hope good things will happen for the only team i watch on Sunday. I also understand that Ralph Wilson is the final say on everything so the success of the team is based upon his decisions. However, I am not stupid enough to think that it's easy to get Bill Cowher. um.... The only thing they can really prepare for is anything they see on tape. Trent maybe studying the right things but what is happening is that defenses are throwing wrinkles not shown before. Trent and the coaching staff need to adjust better.

I don't think anyone here is qualified to even comment on if his brain is pudding or not. From what i saw he first throws were off the mark. He ended up getting two quick INT's and became gun shy. He kept going to the check down because it was safe.
