It is a West Coast Offense at least i remember Turk saying it was. you are comparing steve Fairchild and Turk which isn't right. Turk's play calling was all short to intermediate throws last year.

You realize that the reason why Turk isn't changing the offense because it is basically a West Coast Offense the kind that TO thrives in? TO thorughout his career has taken Short to Mid level throws the distance. he can go deep if he gets the right situation but he isn't the fastest WR there is. However i do agree with you that if Turk doesn't stop using WR's at the line to block we have issues. Everytime he puts Josh Reed in motion and then ducks into the Line people know it is a run. I can see it from my lazyboy chair on sundays. What does he think a Middle LB will do?

I believe that the reason TO was released was due to Roy Williams. The Cowboys traded a 1st round pick for him and he did nothing for them last year. With TO on that roster Roy williams wouldn't become the #1 guy. With the new stadium there and Jerry Jones taking some heat he cut TO. I have heard on many media outlets that Roy Williams was slow with his footwork and doesn't like to practice. By Cutting TO you just put all the pressure on Roy Williams and Tony Romo to produce. It's put up or shut up time. i also believe that TO made Tony Romo who he is today. If TO wasn't there would there be a huge love fest for Tony Romo? For those who will state that the same thing could happen with the Bills i will remind you that Lee Evans isn't a slacker and Trent made a name for himself before TO came onto the Seem. Everyone was talking about Trent last year about how he was good under pressure could win games in the 4th quarter etc....

It's fine the way it is. Any portion of the team can win the game.

Anyone watch or listen to NFL access yesterday? They were talking about TO again due to some comments about TO's release by Jerry Jones. Jerry Jones said the release of TO was related to the development of Romo as a QB. He basically said TO was holding Romo back in some way. Anyway, Eisen goes around asking their opinions. Only Jamie Dukes said it was a mistake to let him go. The other basically said Witten would get more touches and then the mocked TO for his crying moment two years about. The whole "He's my Quarterback" thing. I was somewhat disgusted with NFL total Access. Anytime they talk about TO they lead up to it with a bunch of quotes from TO like "I love me some me" etc.... It's sad to see the NFL tear down one of their own players. The media's take on TO is sad and humorous. They love to take their opinions on TO and print them as fact. TO has made mistakes in the past i understand that. But the last 3 years he has been good for the NFL in my opinion. He has been a highlight reel. I don't believe the reports out of dallas about how TO was a distraction. I don't understand how a distraction can have 38 touchdown passes in 3 years. Witten was successful and so was Dallas's run game. The only issue with Dallas is Tony Romo. Tony Romo isn't the great QB that the media loves to print. He doesn't show up for Big games the Monday night game against the Bills shows that. He starts fast early in the season but when the games down the line start to count he fails to show up. His play deteriates over the course of the season and when he is in the Playoffs he plays terrible. Romo's play has nothing to do with TO but yet it's somehow TO's fault that he makes bonehead mistakes. I think Romo is going to take steps back this year without TO. Roy Williams isn't that great. He doens't have the passion TO does for Winning. Without TO defenses will focus more on Witten and the running game. It's my opinion that Jerry Jones knows he made a mistake by overpaying for Roy Williams. He had to make him the #1 guy by cutting TO. If TO was there Roy wouldn't be the #1 guy.

Peters is asking for First Draft Pick money. You are better off paying Peters who is proven and keeping the 11th pick. You would lose two players one proven for a good college prospect who could be the next Vernon Golsten.

I personally think the Bills should not trade for him and keep the draft picks. The guy is good but i would rather have a Jason Witten type player. Witten can catch and block. Derek Fine might be that kind of TE. Lets see what he can do.

Jason Peters is probably worth 2 1st round picks. Those 2 first round picks will probably add up to 11.5 million dollars a year. yes you get two players but how effective will the be? Nobody knows for sure. They could be flops. Jason Peters is a proven young veteran and a Pro Bowl player. Just pay the man. If they trade him it won't help the organization at all. We just got TO we need Peters there to protect Edwards.

God. Why is everyone assuming that a deal won't get worked out? There hasn't been any trade me requests yet and the two sides are actually talking. If the Bills trade him over this they are taking two steps back.
