Jackson has been hurt twice since he started camp. He's been hurt every year since being in the league.

People need to stop blaming the agents on this. The problem lies 100 percent with the player. The 49ers have offered him two different deals. One that is slotted where he should be and one where he can gain more money through incentives but gets less guaranteed money. Everyone gave the Raiders some crap about their WR choice. The guy is looking pretty good and will probably be a started week 1. Crabtree will be lucky to play week 1. If Crabtree is the better player he needs to take his easy money and get on the field to prove it.

Yes you want a star receiver with a spranged big toe running around outside where it is slippery so he can reinjure it again. Makes sense to me. Where do people come up with this stuff. I don't think people realize that TO is/was close to getting Turf Toe.

The Bills didn't play that bad against a 3-4 defense. I wish people would stop saying that. Green bay had a few good breaks go their way with the INT's and Fumbles. If people actually watched the game they would understand that the Jackson Fumble and INT that Trent Threw were just good plays by the defense and poor fundaments by Lee Evans and Fred Jackson. If those didn't happen people would have a different tune around here.

Um wow ok let me explain something. Aaron Maybin hasn't played in Pads since college. That was what almost 9 months ago or so? He went through OTA's and Mini Camps but they don't wear pads or have any kind of contact. Aaron had contact yesterday for the first time in months. That is what they mean by getting his legs under him. Plus, he missed 3 weeks of camp which means things were probably changed and new plays were added. He's behind right now playing catch up. Aaron Maybin will be ready by week 1 and part of the rotation.

I doubt Cowher will coach again. He's a TV analyst now and from what i hear on Sirius he absolutly loves the job. You get to be on TV, talk football, work minimal hours, and get paid well. Plus Cowher has a family which is why he quit football in the first place.

i didn't watch the game until today. I made the mistake of reading some posts and thought the worst. I watched the game and shrugged my shoulders. Preseason is a joke. The vets don't want to get hurt so they take it easy. Nobody is pushing very hard. The 2nd/3rd string guys play alot harder. Things i noticed from the game. 1st INT - It's Lee Evans fault. He sat waiting for the ball. If he would have went to go get it then it would be a nice play. 1st GB TD - Mckelvin got caught watching the QB. He should have been watching his man. Trent's Fumble - He pulled a JP and tried to run out and way from the Players. Bad idea if he would have stepped up a yard or two he could have either ran it or maybe find someone down the field. Byran Scott should be benched. He can't cover at all. GB had two big gainers over the middle with Byran Scott 3 yards behind the guy. I think Byrd and Nic Harris should be starting on Defense. 4-3 defenses are so boring. 3rd and long and the Bills finally blitch but get hit by a draw. Typical poor play calling by Perry Fewell. Can we go to a 3-4 yet?

THe money was always somewhat set in stone. The stubbling blocks in these contracts is the length of the contract which is 5 vs 6 years, guaranteed Money, and how much money is given in each year. Teams want to put more money in the last years of the contract versus the first years. Players want it the other way around.

Actually Farve looked pretty good. He is working with inexperienced players. A few of those should have been completions but the WR screwed up. On the long throw where he took the hit the WR should have went to the gapping hole in the center of the field but instead he got pushed to the outside. Brett threw it to where the WR should have been.

Nothing wrong with it. It looks kinda bad tho. I think he had a sibling do it or something. If you watch his press conference he is nothing but respectful to everyone. I think it is nice that he shows respect to the hall of fame and former greats like he is.

He is fast but he better have more than that in the NFL. He is going to need some power.

Has anyone not been paying attention the past few years? The Bills typically don't let the starters play much until the 3rd game anyway. The Bills play 5 games compared to 4 why play them long? Romo and Russell both played 2 series tonight.

I still don't understand the facination with Michael Vick. What did he ever do to the Falcons but turn good WR's into bad ones? Seriously who was Roddy White until Matt Ryan showed up? He was labeled a bust by many people when Vick was his QB. Anyone who thinks Vick will bring a team to the SB is seriously high.

People need to stop blaming the agents. The agents work for the players. It's up to the players to make the decision on whether to hold out or not. It is true that agents can lie or mislead their clients but once again it's the Player who listens to him and makes the decision. It's Maybin's fault that he isn't in camp. It isnt' the agents fault or the Bills Organization.

I haven't been to camp but i have seen several clips of them talking.

Not sure if you watch it or not but TO's reality show tells alot about TO. All reality TV is scripted/setup to make it viewable on television but when they get into TO's past it really shows why he acts like he does sometimes.

It's time for you to change professions then.

I like TO always have but if he is here for only one year that is fine. The younger WR's including Lee Evans will be gaining a ton of knowledge from him. Do you really think TO would be as good as he is without Jerry Rice? TO has credited Jerry for his development as a player on several occassions. TO is good for the team no matter how much of a distraction he could possilbly be. People can't wait for him to say something stupid or incorrectly so they can blog about it for a week. If it were anyone else people wouldn't even care. TO is TO he is a king of putting his foot in his mouth. You would think most people would realize this and move on. TO is only a distraction if you let his foot in the mouth words piss you off.

Peter King is a blow hard and his scoops should be in a cat litter box.

My god it's preseason. The Bills are not going to show their Blitz packages in the first Preseason game of 5. Some people just don't get it. The defense will be just as good as it was last year if not better. The issues you saw last night were due to tackling and picking poor angles to make a tackle. Since most teams don't like to finish players due to injury it's going to take a few preseason games to knock the rust off.

Bell did look good last night but i think everyone should wait to see Brad Butler perform before you make predictions that Bell is gonna start.
