I love the fact that Jim, Thurman and Darryl are actively involved with the Bills after all of these years. HOwever, i find it strange that they think it's ok to hang around the locker room after the game. I doubt they as players would have liked it that much.

90 percent of his highlights is off the option. He can't do that in the pros. he might get away with it once or twice and that is about it. the other 10 percent of his highlights are pretty poor throws. I saw a bunch of ducks and underthrown balls.

What's so great about Michael Vick? I dont' understand the facination with him. He wasn't very good before going to prison and i doubt he is any better now. The Bills dont' need a RB wanting to be a QB. The Bills need a pure pocket passer. Name the last QB with the running skills of a Michael Vick or Vince Young who won the SB.

How do people know that Shanahan doesn't want to come here? HOw many people here know that he is turned off by the talent here? The fact is nobody on this board or in the media has any idea what Shanahan wants. I know he will want Market value for his services which is probably around 10 million dollars. Beyond that nobody has any clue as to what his thoughts are on Buffalo. I personally think that its an encouraging sign that he spent 7 hours over two days meeting with the Bills Organization. That is much more than being curtious. I hate to break it to you guys but People like to take on Challenges especially in sports. Coaches are just as competitive as players. You guys make it sound like Mike Shanahan likes to walk easy street.

This article was the first i read of his. I didn't like it much. Everytime i hear the media talk about how hard it would be for the Bills to get a Cowher i laugh. They make it sound like these coaches wanting to coach one year, go to the Superbowl, win it and then retire again. I personally think the Bills is a attractive destination. Ralph is less annoying than Jerry Jones and Dan Snyder. Bills organization is a mess which is a perfect opportunity to mold it in your image. If you got a Cowher or Shanahan there isn't going to be much resistance from people in the organization. Would you say no to Cowher or Shanahan?

God. Knee jerk reaction. This is the statement Mr. Wilson released. “The Bills organization is focused on the next seven games and the efforts of Coach Fewell, the coaching staff and our players. We understand there will be much speculation regarding the head coaching position, but we will not comment during the process until a new head coach has been announced.” Where does it say he will wait until the end of the season? It doesn't at all. It says they are focused on the next 7 games which they should be. That doesn't mean you can't evaluate your organization during that time.

The rooney rule is stupid. I understand why it is there and i see so many minority coaches interviewed for positions just so a club doesn't get fined. I would think that is more insulting than not getting interviewed at all.

Maybe Ralph should put up a Billboard that says "I want Mike Shanahan as my head coach"

The Bills should just hire a VP of Football Operations and hire Shanahan to be GM/Coach. I read someplace that one of these coaches who was GM got involved in trivial things like making sure there was enough food or toilet paper in the bathrooms. Hire a VP of Football Operations Hire Shanahan for Coach/GM Hire a Office Manager type to make sure that the needs for training camp, Practice, travel arrangements, etc... are taken care of.
