For some reason people seem to think that if you aren't top 5 in your supposed side of the football you would make a lousey HC. I just don't think that is correct line of thinking. You need to be good sure but what is a measuring stick for a good HC?
This entire thread is ridiculous. How can people get out of the tweets that the pegulas and whaley have a difference in opinion.
LOL. You guys and your conspiracy theories. I think you should join Trumps cabinet.
When it comes to Cockrell pretty sure prior to the Steeler game Rex said he tried to sneak him through to the PS and thought it was a mistake. No idea why Whaley listened to him.
Saban doesn't want to be in the NFL. He makes just as much money as a NFL coach, he coaches football, steers the the direction of young minds for years to come. Why would he want to be in the NFL dealing with million dollar babies?
The Bills reporting structure is odd. The coach, GM, and President all report to the owner. Why would Whaley comment on the firing when it was Terry who did it.
Yeah sure he is the president of the football and hockey team by the pegulas. He won't be leaving anytime soon. I laugh everytime i see one of these posts. There is much more to sports teams than the football side of things which is where the coach resides.
Any QB who can't hit a 5 yard slant shouldn't be a QB.
Yes Tyrod makes some dazzling plays with his legs but 3 or 4 plays shouldn't outweigh the rest of the game.
I disagree. TT is missing wide open receivers in the middle of the field. Go back to the first game and the very first play of the game on offense. Robert woods was streaking down the middle of the field wide opening waiting for his endzone dance.
recurring theme all year.
Jury is still out on Lynn. I like what he has done with the run game to give our offense a chance. Mccoy looks 5 years younger. WE are still last in passing offense. Lynn is still working off Roman's playbook. After getting the job he flat out said he would have a difference offense in place but couldn't due to lack of offseason when he got the job.
I think it's only fair to judge after having a real offseason where he could put in his offense.
Tyrod is still terrible and is mostly to blame for our last place passing offense.
I am not a Tyrod fan. People get enamored by his legs include Rex but when the game is on the line you win the game by throwing the football. He doens't see the middle of the field well and that pass to Goodwin at the end of the game was high.
He just doesn't have it.
Give me a 6'5 QB who can move in the pocket any day of the week.
For some strange reason he gets no credit. The bills ranked high in the draft in terms of grades this year and every line i saw was "this is Rexs" Draft. I personally think he has done an outstanding job at assembling talent for this team via free agency and the draft. He will get knocked for QB as he should. I am not a huge Tyrod Taylor fan myself but he is performing well. What he lacks in the passing game he makes up with his legs.
IN one of Rex's pressers he was talking about Lorenzo. Rex was high on him but lost track of him at some point. Doug found him brought him to Rex's attention and now we have the league leader in sacks.
Sometimes coaches out scheme themselves.
Just because a defense knows what play is coming doesn't mean they will be successful. At some point you just got to beat the guy in front of you.
Lets see the Vikings got a 1st and a conditional 4th for Bradford. Probably will go up higher if Bradford continues to play like he is doing.
That might leave a 2nd for us. Vikings have two solid backs to pick up the load for Peterson.
Not gonna happen. It takes 2 people to make this deal.
It's a really bad idea for the Bills anyway. Shady isn't anywhere near the problem the bills are having on Offense. His intials start with TT.
Lol. The quote form Alex is make significant changes. That could be anything. NO idea if the Pegula's actually said "FIRE GREG ROMAN".
YOu guys are insane i swear.
