Marcel got away with not putting the effort in based upon his talent level. To many coaches prior to McD did that, Marrone included. He was treated like every other player and is angry about it. Not sure why so many people care.

Cousins will break the bank and make 25+ a year. Would much rather draft someone and groom him than do that.
