  1. And Williams had his career ended by a cheap shot hit from Jarvis Landry. As for my defense of Edmunds, I am not saying that Edmunds is an All-Pro. He's a rookie who has had some bad games and does not make the best decisions. He's also had some good moments. Maybe he should not be an MLB. If they move to a different position, I'm ok with that. What I get sick of are all the fans that constantly bemoan our rookie players, who then want to give up on them after one year of play. This happens a lot on this board, and it just pisses me off.
  2. Trust me, there are people here who think Edmunds is hopeless, the same way they feel about Josh Allen. Maybe not a lot of people, but enough.
  3. If they choose to move him to a different position, that suits him better, fine. It worked for Aaron Williams when he went from Corner to Safety. I'm just saying that there is no reason to give up on Edmunds entirely.
  4. It's a tall order, but not impossible.
  5. Well we certainly can't just go with the same players on the roster right now. We do need to get better offensive players, no?
  6. There is no way they can get great player for every position of need next year. Even with all the cap money and draft picks they have. Just have to make some wise decisions.
  7. I don't mind the trade-ups that much, but I agree that with the upcoming draft that we need to use all the picks we have. I would much rather trade down in the next draft.
  8. Yep, here we go again with the Allen & Edmunds haters, it just doesn't stop. Get a grip people. For the record, Edmunds had a bad game, but there's no reason to give up on him. Also, enough with the wining about not taking Vander Esche. Sheesh! I guess the Bears blew it too, when they took Roquan Smith instead of Vander Esche. Right?
  9. Clay, yes. McCoy, no.
  10. Sean McDermott, I like you and I trust the process, but have you seen our offensive line all season long?
  11. Congratulations for beating 26 & Yolo to this news. Love this move by the Bills.
  12. Which would be a good thing to do.
  13. I like the way you think. Would love to have Yeldon & Paradis. Do you really think the Texans will let Clowney walk?
  14. The priority in free agency should be offensive players, but I would not be surprised if we added another player or two on defense. The Bills will have the money to do so. When it comes to the draft, I see the Bills going with both sides of the ball. The defense in this year's class is too good to pass up. We don't know if Kyle Williams or Lorenzo Alexander will retire or come back. Jerry Hughes is still a good DE, but he's going to be on the wrong side of 30 very soon. Will the Bills give Jordan Phillips a new contract? We still need another OLB. We could also use more depth in the secondary. We have the means to address both the offense and defense, and that's what we should do.
  15. I definitely see Winovich as a "Process" player. As a Michigan fan I definitely have more bias towards these players. Oddly enough the one player that gives me pause is Rashan Gary. Gary is a good player, but I don't know if he can dominate. He has his moments. Is he a DE or a DT? I don't know I'm more interested in DE/OLB Chase Winovich, LB Devin Bush & LB/S Khaleke Hudson. The one player I would probably love the most would be TE Zach Gentry. 6'8" 260, good receiver and blocker. I could easily see McBeane showing interest in this guy. He's not the top Tight End in the class, but he has great upside.
  16. And this happened in Portland?
  17. What is GamerGate?
  18. As of now the playoffs line up like this: 1. Kansas City 2. Houston 3 New England 4. Pittsburgh 5. Los Angeles 6. Baltimore Home Field Advantage and/or a first round bye is still possible for the Patriots*, but they need the Chiefs and/or Texans to lose. Even if the Chiefs did lose, they would also need the Chargers to lose.
  19. I didn't know the state of Kansas cared so much about this game.
  20. While it may not be "normal", it sure does seem to be happening more often. College basketball overall has gotten to a point where the mid majors and smaller programs can beat the elite schools, or at least hang with them and give them a tough game on more of a regular basis than in years past.
  21. My first shot at this year's draft..... 9: R1P9 EDGE CLELIN FERRELL CLEMSON 41: R2P9 G MICHAEL JORDAN OHIO STATE 72: R3P8 WR ANDY ISABELLA UMASS 111: R4P9 TE ZACH GENTRY MICHIGAN 133: R4P31 C ELGTON JENKINS MISSISSIPPI STATE 148: R5P9 RB DAVID MONTGOMERY IOWA STATE 163: R5P24 CB TREVON DIGGS ALABAMA 184: R6P9 LB KHALIL HODGE BUFFALO 225: R7P9 S MARVELL TELL III USC 228: R7P12 OT DENNIS DALEY SOUTH CAROLINA
  22. In this case, I think both arguments are justified. Allen's completion percentage is sub-par, and he has to get better at that. Primarily he has to do better on short passes. Having watched the Lions game, he did a very good job on throwing the short pass, without them being too low to catch. The "trash" argument can not be dismissed. Josh Allen has had numerous passes that have either been dropped or taken away by penalty. The offensive line play has been inconsistent all year. Josh Allen has not been perfect by any means, but he is playing better. I'm not saying that he's Rookie of the Year. I just think that the future is bright with him as our QB. This upcoming offseason is very key to the Bills future.
  23. You don't think his passing has gotten better throughout the season?
