Perhaps you are right. I just don't understand why releasing the schedule dates has become such a grandiose thing in the NFL. It wasn't that long ago when the schedule dates were released much earlier than this. Just announce the dates and get it over with. Not everything has to be an event.

I'm targeting the Philadelphia game at home, and the Dallas game on the road. I wish the NFL would stop being so pretentious and wishy-washy on when they plan to announce the schedule dates. Just pick a date and let the fans know, so there is no guessing.

That's exactly what I thought of immediately.

I don't think Trent Murphy is a dominating player at his position, but he does make plays. He's a good pass rusher, but not very good against the run. Sacks, hurries and pressure is what you will get from him. I like what he brings to the team, I just hope he stays healthy. Is he an All-Pro? No. Yet he can be very useful for our defense, and I think our coaching staff can use him properly.

Visiting Thursday & Friday. Sounds like the grand tour is planned.
