This is a very bizarre play. When I first saw it LIVE, I wanted to throw up. We just threw a bomb to DiMarco. Who thought that this was a good idea? Now that I have had a chance to watch this play several times, I can see that the bomb was not the intended play call. The Texans drop practically their entire team into coverage. Right away, no one appears to be open. John Brown does get a little separation at the end, but Josh Allen had already decided to throw to DiMarco. At first I thought Allen might run with the ball as a last resort, but there's nowhere for him to go. The pass to DiMarco is not good, it's under thrown. Despite that, DiMarco had a real chance of catching this pass. The two Texans defenders play it badly and DiMarco is right in front of them and could haul the pass in. Unfortunately DiMarco mistimes his jump and completely misses the pass. It's as ugly as it looked, yet it almost works. I give Allen credit for attempting to make a big play, even though the pass was short. Again, I highly doubt that this was the intended play call. I also noticed that Lee Smith did have a step on his defender and Allen might have been better off throwing to him, but that's too much second guessing. What infuriates me, is that the coaching staff really thought that this is the offensive personnel we should have out there, IN OVERTIME! I guess that's why I'm just a fan and not a coach.

Here are this years invites for the Senior Bowl: https://www.seniorbowl.com/accepted-invites/ Lots of Wide Receivers to look at.

That's me too. Born, raised and living in California and I'm a Bills fan.

The point that @Reed83HOF is making is that the Bills cap space for now and the future is very bright. Of course the cap numbers for 2021 & 2022 will decrease with the signings of other players. The Bills are in a position to be big spenders yet still have a good amount of cap room for the future. Would that be a fair assessment, Reed83HOF?

Is he retiring? He's a great defensive coordinator and someone should hire him.

Bills officially have pick 22 in the 1st round
Mark Vader replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't know. If Gross-Matos is there when we pick, I would run to the podium. If Jefferson, Peoples-Jones & Pittman are still there when we pick, that would be a great problem to have. -
Bills Home opener 2020 opponent?

I say Steelers. That's who we beat to get into the playoffs, so there is your story. -
Bills sign 10 players to reserve/future contracts

Wade, Webb & Dodson are all I am really interested in. Although Nick Easley is intriguing. -
Tua declares for the draft; do you want Miami to take him?
Mark Vader replied to krf139's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Oh, this is going to be a long off season. I cannot wait for free agency and the draft to get here, then these silly threads will cease. -

I don't care if he goes to Miami. If he does, so be it. The Bills will just have to get better and better too. -
Let's get AJ Green
Mark Vader replied to 2020 Our Year For Sure's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would be fine with this. Adding another veteran WR is a sound idea. I would still hope that they draft a WR in the 1st or 2nd rounds. -
Kirk Cousins Has Some Words After the Game
Mark Vader replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I will give him credit. That was a helluva pass he made. Give the vikings credit too, that was not an easy situation for them to win. 49'ers better not take next week's game for granted. -
Excellent! The San Jose Bills Backers will be ready to host. I can't wait for the dates to be announced.

My guesses would be.... Collin Johnson, Texas Brandon Aiyuk, Arizona State Michael Pittman, USC Chase Claypool, Notre Dame A sleeper pick that I am looking at for day 3 is, James Proche from Southern Methodist. From what I have read and seen, he's a reliable receiver with great hands and good speed. He's 6'0" and might be more of a slot guy, but I think he could be a steal. He'll be at the East-West Shrine game, so keep an eye out.

Going for a DE or OLB in the first round is not a bad idea. Lorezo Alexander is gone, Jerry Hughes is 31, Trent Murphy is not dependable, and there is no guarantee that we re-sign Shaq Lawson. The WR class is deep this year, and we can get one in the 2nd round. If Yetur Gross-Matos is there when we pick, could you really pass on him?

Good for Metcalf, but I'm still fine with who we drafted. Although I was hoping for Deebo Samuel. Thus is life, you don't always get what you want. This year, I am hoping the Bills draft at least 2 receivers.

Matt Milano and missed tackle
Mark Vader replied to Niagara Dude's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That concerns me more than what happened with Milano. What is also very upsetting, is that the Bills defense sacked Watson 7 times! Hughes had 3 & Murphy had 2. Both of these guys showed up on the big stage, and we still could not win. -
I'll be organizing the gathering and tailgate for Bills fans for the 49'ers game. Just remember that the stadium is in Santa Clara not San Francisco.

Rachel Bush, contract negotiator/agent

Giving him a contract extension would not be a bad thing. -
We need help at DE & OLB.

Larry Fitzgerald. This team prizes old players.
