He's been a good returner for us, but we should move on from him. He's 33 and is not that good of a Wide Receiver. I'm confident that we can find a replacement for him.

As much as I was fine with the possibility to trade down in this year's draft and garner extra picks and look for value in the 2nd & 3rd rounds, I now want to see Beane say "Screw it with the future picks, because the future is NOW!" If Beane sees a player that is going to have a major impact with the team immediately, then go and get him! I don't care if we have to mortgage our first round pick in 2022 or sacrifice our early picks in this year's draft. Go after Pitts, or Paye, or Rousseau, or Surtain, or Waddle. Why not?

Yeah, I don't see why people think that because of this we are not going after D-Line help in free agency. To me this looks like we will sign a DE in free agency and Addison will now be depth.

I was one of them, I admit it. This is incredible. Beane is the man or wizard or Night King, whatever you want call him. I'm just glad he's ours. What a deal too, both Williams & Milano are staying put. This is excellent news, and free agency hasn't started. This is still only the beginning. GO BILLS!!!

We get a shot at him during the regular season this year.

Either that or he takes a pay cut.

Come on, you know how! They can still restructure a few players contracts, and they have not made a decision on Mario Addison yet. Plenty of time to free up more cap before free agency starts.

I would like to see McKenzie brought back and keep John Brown with a pay cut. Don't know who we would target in the draft as this position is not a dire need. Looking forward to how Davis will approach his second year and finally getting to see Hodgins.

McCoy was "NFL ready", Jackson needed more time to learn.

The owners want 18 games, but they will settle for 17 since they also got 2 extra teams in the playoffs. The NFLPA is not thrilled with the thought of 18 games even if the preseason is cut in half. Both sides will be content for now, then the owners will start demanding 18 games in a couple years.
