Allen declines invitation to play in Pro Bowl
Mark Vader replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Me too. I used to love the Pro Bowl, because the players actually played as if it were a real game. -
You want to draft a Punter in the 3rd round?
-
Officially, 2026. Although in 2024 & 2025 the Bills have two strength-of-schedule home games against a team from the AFC West. Oh and the Bills travel to Kansas City in 2023.

An AFC Vs. NFC game? No way.

Just how the schedule rotation works.

Brandon Beane Season Ending Presser Weds 1/27

Not being big spenders could also mean that we aren't spending everything. A lot can change from now and St. Patrick's Day. -
I'm well aware of that. I just wanted to check and see if it still holds true to people. The instant gratification crowd on here is insufferable. I remember back in the mid-90's how many Bills fans said that Eric Moulds was a bust.

Do people on this board still think that Ed Oliver is a bust?

SB Nation article - Josh a mega star
Mark Vader replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall
Only because the numbers do not lie, not to mention how Allen looked in the playoffs. Don't worry, he will trash Allen the very moment after the Bills lose another game. -
If that was your point, then you did not express it all too well. There is nothing wrong with using first and/or second round picks on defense. You may not see it that way, but let me add that a few of those mid round offensive picks(Singletary, Knox & Davis) have yielded some quality players. Looks to me like the front office knows what they are doing.

You're making this sound far more simple than it really is. In 2018, our two biggest needs going into that draft were QB & LB. The Bills made the moves and got the players they wanted to fill those positions. Now one pick has worked out much better than the other, but at the time both picks made sense. Also, those two other defensive players turned out to be Harrison Phillips and Taron Johnson. Then in later years the Bills drafted Cody Ford, Devin Singletary, Dawson Knox, Gabriel Davis, Isaiah Hodgins, & Spencer Brown. I understand that not all of these players have worked out, but a good amount of them have, and it shows that the Bills do address the offense in the draft. Taking a more heavy offensive approach in how we draft, might be the way to go, but it's not as if the Bills are completely neglecting Josh Allen.

McDermott end of season press conference

Because McDeerInTheHeadlights had a plan that worked out greatly in that game. -

You mean like what we saw in the wild card game against the Patriots*? This is such a weak take. -

Why cut Daryl Williams, he's been great at Guard. They should cut Jon Feliciano and restructure Williams. -
I'm surprised by not signing Eli Ankou.

Isaiah McKenzie aka, Lil Dirty, sounds like he’s moving on

Lots of time to figure this out. -
That's great. The Niners are winning in spite of Garoppolo.

Thank you for being a good sport about this, and sorry that you have to witness the ugliness from here. I, like many Bills fans are extremely bitter about last night, and it comes it in a very foul way. It's not meant to be personal to you. The thing is that Bills fans have seen this movie too many times before and it is something that we never get over. Especially since this was a playoff game, and we are going to hear the phrase "13 seconds" for the rest of our lives, and how we are on the wrong side of it. Just like "Wide Right" & the "Music City Forward Lateral", and all of the other Super Bowl losses. The rest of this week will be very tough for some of us, because all we are going to hear about from the sports media is how the Bills blew the game. Anyway, good luck to you the rest of the way, and we will be seeing you again next year in Arrowhead as we are scheduled to play each other there in 2022 during the regular season.
