  1. Can't say I blame Kiwi for what he did since it seemed like he thought the ball was gone and/or the whistle blew. But what Manning (and Grossman) did on the final drive was inexcusable. We'd be roasting JP over an open fire if he did that.
  2. 15) Can't fault JP for Pennington needlessly bumping-into him. Some INT's aren't the QB's fault, like Manning's INT last night after Harrison basically flipped the ball to the Philly defender. 17) It was only 16 yards, on a 4th and 14.
  3. The Bills as a TEAM aren't "there yet." That last Jax drive was proof of that. But what we've seen out of JP shows that if you surround him with decent talent, and I'm not ready to call what he has around him outside of Jason, Lee and Willis "decent talent," he'll be a guy that can win you games.
  4. I see the blackout as no big deal in the grand scheme seeing as how the Bills should still finish in the top-10 in attendance for the year.
  5. Look for Seau to be placed on IR. And there it is: http://www.boston.com/sports/football/patr...for_the_season/
  6. Nope, he was sacked twice. Bledsoe actually didn't get sacked in 2 back-to-back games in 2004 against the Cards and Jets. He also wasn't sacked against the Jags in 2003.
  7. First off, I want to thank Crowell or whomever for allowing Garrarrd to get that first down to help set-up the TD, so that JP could get a chance to lead another game-winning drive. The Bills will have an easier time finding better defensive players than a QB. As for Willis, his blocking until after the Jets game was poor. He's raised his game a few notches. And great job against a tough defense with a couple busted ribs. As for Everett, I'd keep him around and see if he still develops. No reason to cut him right now or even before the final weeks of pre-season next year.
  8. Which makes me mad that LAST year...
  9. Not true. Spicer had 7.5 sacks last year (Hayward had 8.5) and McCray has 7 sacks so far this year. That's a pretty decent front-4.
  10. I've been saying all along that something didn't seem right with JP, and when I heard Chris Brown talk about how the coaches were (for all intents and purposes) FORBIDDING him from leaving the pocket, I knew that that was the source of his problems. It was against his nature.
  11. He's the dude that liked to eat mice. Then he later grew razor blades on his fingers and started killing kids in their sleep. Very disturbing, but hey, I heard the fumes from wearing those rubber Cieslak masks made him go crazy.
  12. Well, to be sure, that was more of a "Say OMFGTHLH!"
  13. Yep, that's exactly what I was thinking of when I wrote the above post. I've seen LOADS of guys do this in the NFL and never get called.
  14. Remember the traitor Cieslak, Willie? He was great.
  15. Let me know when it happens.
  16. Is pushing a player from behind to get them more yards against the rules? I know it is in college, but didn't think so in the NFL.
  17. I'm no expert here, but Hargrove is a DE who gets moved inside on passing downs a la Phil Hansen and I think Shawn Price several years back. I think this was necessitated by the loss of McCargo for the season. He's listed as the backup to Schobel on the BB.com depth chart.
  18. He didn't play much that game, but has been rotating in at DT in passing situations since McCargo went down. Seems to be getting good penetration and making occasional plays. Remember he joined the Bills after game 6, meaning he had no off-season, training camp, pre-season, and missed almost half the season and thus barely knows the players/defense.
  19. Green Bay. Made some ST's tackles and was a big cheerleader.
  20. Since game action was going-on, I refrained from elaborating on Hargrove. I've liked him since his first game action with the Bills. And the part about dropping the deuce was TMI.
  21. I'll wait to call-out the "best fans in the NFL" IF the SD and Miami games fail to sell-out. Tenny I can understand, especially if they're out of playoff contention.
  22. I've been talking about him for the past several weeks...and did again today as you mention above. He's a keeper and was a steal in trade.
  23. Baltimore, Chargers, Colts, maybe even the Broncos still. It should be an AFC team again this year.
  24. You mean Titans.
