  1. Like I said in another thread, think 2001 Patriots. As long as the TEAM plays well, you can have your QB throw more INT's than TD's and win 8 straight. However the O-line sucked today, as evidenced by the pathetic YPC average, and the Bills won't beat a playoff team like that.
  2. Isn't Pinkston something like 160# soaking wet? Hell he SHOULD be hearing footsteps.
  3. Tasker (and Criqui) were relegated to doing the Texans/Bears game. I guess they are the last team and get the worst games. A big :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: to CBS for sticking us with them for a month!
  4. Obviously. To refresh your weak memory, he threw more INT's than TD's in his last 8 game (I think it was even a 2:1 ratio!). Get the fuggin' point yet? Oh and that MVP award was what you get when you allow idiot fans to vote (for the first time ever in that SB; hwo many times DID you vote?) for MVP. Ah yes, "almost" threw the game away. That's like the Pats "almost" losing because the refs can't spot a fumble or call holding. Nice spin job. And it's not hard to win a SB when your defense scored 7 points, sets up another 3, and gives you a short field for another 7. Kind of like the Pgh game, only with the ST's.
  5. Maybe we should wish for the refs to win SB's for us? You'd know something about that. Speaking of which, I've gone to several X-mas parties and when the subject of football comes up, the common theme is how the Pats won their SB's thanks to the refs. But hey, that's just everyone being jealous, right?
  6. Wow, great stats. Tell me about Brady's last 8 games of the season. Yeah, I thought so. Oh and throw in Bledsoe's "win" over the Steelers for good measure.
  7. I don't give a sh-- who else gets screwed by the refs. The Bills have been screwed enough by them this year that payback is a B word.
  8. Hopefully Willis is fine. Henry who knows. The good thing is the Bills don't need EITHER against the 49'ers.
  9. He posted a few times already after the game, congratulating us.
  10. Baker is the FS of the future, and Vincent is getting too old to play CB. Another possibility is LB'er, and I'd say it's BPA from along DT/CB/LB.
  11. From what I've heard, just to play it safe. The game was well-in-hand and no need to risk further injury, especially with the O-line blocking like schoolgirls.
  12. Donahoe sucks, like Primus did.
  13. It would only have prolonged the inevitable. The Lions suck.
  14. FS no way in hell. As for WR, next year's draft is supposed to be one of the best ever. OL is too much of a crap shoot in the 2nd round and you need to wait for him to develop. DT is a possibility, as is CB (in case Clements walks).
  15. If you mean Peters (oh!), he'll be an EFA for the next 2 seasons, meaning the Bills have him until 2006. After that he'll be an RFA and they'll be able to match any offer for him, or tender him at a high compensation. He's not going anywhere for awhile, if the Bills so choose.
  16. David Garrarrd is supposed to be decent. Hopefully that's false.
  17. Henry still has good trade value. Just wait until the top-tier RB's are signed and/or asking WAY too much, and the Bills have Henry with a cheap year left on his contract. Ricky not returning to the NFL sure help.
  18. No idea how long, but probably at least through next season.
  19. Bledsoe is playing as well as Brady was in 2001.
  20. Damn realigned divisions! Hey, I can still have hope.
  21. We'll see. They lost at home to division rivals NO early in the season, and the Pats. They'll probably lose to the Eagles, but 2 of those 3 teams are good teams, and you can never tell when it comes to division games.
  22. With Mike Williams' performance today, and his mostly inconsistent performance during the season, maybe moving him to LG is the answer. Then again, he's due some huge roster bonus before next year, right? That might make him a goner.
  23. So are his defense, ST's, and coaches. He's also got WR's that get open and CATCH the ball (a novel concept). And rarely, even when they had Antowain Smith, did the running game average 2.5 YPC (taking away the losses on Moorman's fake FG and Evans' reverse). That yards per rush stat tells you ALL you need to know about the performance of the O-line today, as does backup LDE Carl Powell notching 2 sacks.
