  1. Hope everything turns out alright.
  2. Wait and see. And if the papers knew anything more than NFL guys, they'd be IN the NFL.
  3. I'm sure the Bills have called Munoz, given McNally's relationship with daddy. Hell I'd do it. It won't cost much and while it probably has a low chance of working-out, it's worth taking a shot.
  4. That's Bill Gates, silly!
  5. Hardly. First of all, the Cards are stuck with, at best, a backup OL who is making $3M a year, and while he may see time because of injury, he's not a good player. OTOH the Bills still have Travis for just $1.25M, and backup RB's DO see a fair amount of playing time. And as for moving up to take Barnes, if the Bills were that hot for him, they could have moved-up WITHOUT trading Henry. We'll see how everything shakes-out, but if Shelton gets cut and Arrington is a bust like I think he'll be, Arizona/Green will be looking as stupid as usual.
  6. E-mail Bill Clinton. I'm sure he has some recommendations for you.
  7. Hey, if Preston can win the starting job, I will have NO problem with that pun being worn-out. Seems like the Bills think he can start pretty quickly and that he's not a "developmental type." Or maybe Peter I think 2 years working under McNally should be sufficient.
  8. Teague likely has the inside track at LT. Tucker and Preston will "Duke" it out at center, with hopefully Preston winning the job.
  9. Why? It's better to loudly claim what you AREN'T, in a "methinks the lady doth protest too much" sort of way.
  10. Not true. The salary cap is a percentage of gross revenue, and somewhere in the 60's% range. That means that teams still have another 30-ish% in revenue.
  11. We'll see who's chuckling when Arrington proves to be a bust. And when the Cards dump Shelton.
  12. Serenity now. SERENITY NOW!
  13. That circular pile of yellow buffalo dung sure adds a nice touch.
  14. That's what I thought. Didn't he retire, then unretire, or something like that?
  15. I guess I could call it my "lightsaber."
  16. No way Parrish plays anywhere BUT the slot, and mostly, if not exclusively, in motion. He can still stretch the field in that role, though.
  17. You have to (now) be between the ages of about 29-38 to really appreciate/geek-out to Star Wars. Guilty as charged and proud of it! Oh and BTW, my lovely wife will be accompanying me to see the movie, just like she did the previous 2. Maybe we'll have sex IN the movie theater during the movie. Hah!
  18. What did it cost the team? Virtually nothing.
  19. Didn't the Bills look at him last year or 2 years ago?
  20. He's costs "considerably more" than a 3rd rounder, but considerably less than a Pro Bowl RB (or 1,400 yard 12 TD RB if you prefer), which he is.
  21. Pure brilliance, as per usual, from Mike "I should STFU" Florio. So no team wanted to trade for Travis because TD disrespected them or, more ridiculously, someone else? Whatever Mikey. Bottom line is the teams who were interested took potential over proven production, and I hope the rookies get paid and then are mondo busts.
  22. What I heard is TD like Shelton but the coaches did not. I'm sure he passed the physical. However with Shelton sitting-out OTA's and probably sitting out more workouts, he'll force their hand to release him, again no later than June 1st. And I think he'd probably shy-away from joining the Bills, after what's gone on, and I can't say I blame him. But if the Bills didn't think he was worth getting initially, I doubt they would be interested anyway.
  23. Shelton is skipping OTA's. I'd be willing to bet he's cut no later than June 1st.
  24. Moulds has the 2 best seasons in terms of receptions and receiving yards. Don't know about TD's, but he had 10 and 9 TD's once, like Andre did. And as has been said, he didn't have Kelly in his prime for most of his career.
  25. To hear ANYONE criticize the OL picks is a complete joke to me. I read on BB.com that McNally was "very happy" with the draft, meaning he got who he wanted on the O-line (I'm guessing with the exception of landing Barnes). He's now got a TON of bodies with which to work and has invested a year in a good number of them. As for Everett, loved the pick. Parrish could be a player if he can stay healthy and not get his head taken-off. I don't really have a comment on the CB or RB. And I like the Ezekiel pickup and Gause seems like a player. Hopefully they have a few more UDFA's to sign.
