  1. It's not so bad, considering only 2 GM's have produced SB winners in that time period.
  2. That remains to be seen.
  3. Nope, it was Miami. On grass. And they got their legs rolled-up on.
  4. Yeah, it wasn't deflected. Just a wet, wobbly ball that more often than not is dropped. AAnd Parrish wasn't alligator-arming it.
  5. I don't know if you could necessarily say he sucks if he doesn't make the team. Campbell and Euhus are expected back, and Neufeld and Trafford have spent time with the Bills and aren't a raw, undrafted rookie from a non-Division 1-A school. I'd say if he makes the roster, it means he's better than we thought.
  6. Was his brain deprived of oxygen for several minutes and is his cortex shrunken to almost nothing? Obviously not.
  7. Campbell and Euhus had their legs rolled-up on, from what I recall.
  8. Like every other fool that thinks TD should have given-away Travis for any lame-ass player and/or pick, there's a reason Clayton isn't an NFL GM. When Shelton gets cut and some team comes crawling to the Bills for Travis because their starter got hurt, started smoking crack, or busted his leg skipping down the hall, the Bills will have the last laugh.
  9. I think that was the hit that gave him bruised lungs and caused him to miss a few games. So I don't think he got up after it.
  10. The pass wasn't behind him, but it WAS raining a lot, and it looked like the ball was deflected because it was wobbling a lot.
  11. I was doing some research on him. He's 6'3-1/2" and 265#. He's an excellent blocker and short-yardage receiver. The problem is he runs about a 5.00 40-yard and is athletically limited. Maybe I should be propping up Rod Trafford instead? Arrrgggghhhh! Oh and while I was looking up info on Cieslak, someone with "inside info" said that Everett was basically TD's pick, and (TE coach) Miller and Clements thought he wasn't polished enough to do what the Bills want. Take it FWIW, but he might have been no more than a project this year anyway. Oh well, we'll never know, and it still sucks because he'll be behind the curve even more now!
  12. I think odds are that the defense slips, but I can still see a top-5 finish out of them, especially if the ST's remain great and the offense improves several notches.
  13. Who was a reach? Everett? Not at all.
  14. His agent isn't Rosenhaus, thankfully. But the Bills should still give Everett a standard contract, less any money received from insurance. Depending on the amount of the benefit, they could get Everett for vet minimum for every year of his contract.
  15. I also liked what I heard from Missssster Anderson: The kid sounds like he has a grasp of the situation. I also liked this part:
  16. Son of a B word! Arrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
  17. Nice spear job. The defender should be thanking whatever higher power he believes in (that is, if he DOES believe in one) that he wasn't paralyzed, and that Parrish wasn't injured worse than he was.
  18. Voidable years, restructures, and incentives throw everything out of whack. The best you're going to be able to do is go back over the past 3 years and see what each player physically made. Some fans (like Miguel, Clumpy) have those numbers available.
  19. You could get Tom Brady for all it affects me. And it wasn't an indictment of Ahnuld per se. Just that youse guys re-elected Davis and just a year later dumped him. And now in a similar period of time, Ahnuld's approval ratings are in the dumper.
  20. Frig! That's what I feared! Still, I'm holding out hope...
  21. Well judging by the weekend minicamp, he could be a player. As I said in another thread, every team in the division has at least one WR who isn't huge (i.e. a TO, Moss, or Plax as the TFG article mentions) and who is quick and good, so he could do well.
  22. Wow, pretty high praise. Hopefully it's true.
  23. Oh, he could run. Just like Bucky Brooks could. The biggest thing in Everett's favor though is that he came from a pro-style offense playing with and against pro-caliber players (mostly in practice!).
