  1. It SHOULD be workman's comp. And at least in this case, there's real evidence of it.
  2. I heard the real reason they scrapped the 8 PM start was because of betting reasons.
  3. I have a feeling the game has turned and it will be all Cowboys from this point forward. I hope not because I want an exciting game.
  4. Not being the #1 WR, he's a good player. I was hoping he'd return to Buffalo.
  5. Everything I've read says that Jefferson can't get to the QB. He could be the "stay at home" DT while Adams would go after the QB. I'd like to see it anyway, once Adams is healthy.
  6. I asked this in another thread but here goes again: why not have Jefferson start next to Big Sam?
  7. How about "thanks but no thanks."
  8. Mariah winning justifies violence.
  9. Yeah he destroyed them with the Eagles healthy, happy with TO, and rolling. The Boys will win.
  10. Yeah, that IS lame. BTW, what was the outcome?
  11. A defensive penalty does no good since it gives the offense a fresh set of downs. And if the Bills kneel-down, they don't give the Chefs the opportunity to "give McGahee the business," which is seemingly what caused the scrum.
  12. I saw the replay of that play. Allen fakes like he's going to drop back a la a zone blitz. Gandy the immediately looks inside to help Bennie Anderson (wonder why?) thinking Allen is out of the picture. It was a great move by Allen, only happened once (ONCE!), and Gandy was doing the right thing by looking to help a weak link. BTW, I just checked snap.stats.com and they didn't charge Gandy with a sack yesterday (he had 2 going into the game). Interesting. http://snap.stats.com/stats/nflinfo/player...=5515&Submit=Go
  13. Well this certainly supports what was said above about the Chefs not liking Willis celebrating that 1st down. What a meanie that McGahee is!
  14. You need to ask?
  15. Frick, and here I thought he was saying Josh should retire.
  16. Let me know when that job as an NFL scout or GM comes through, LD. It's not NEARLY as easy as you make it out to be. I agree with you that the "gurus" don't know everything, but neither do most of us, and Monday morning quarterbacking doesn't mean you know everything.
  17. I've rarely seen a penalty on a kneel-down. The Chefs probably took exception to the Bills running the ball instead of kneeling. And even with the penalties, likely it's one-sided and the Bills get a fresh set of downs.
  18. Thanks. For the Chiefs, Buffalo is as much a house of horrors as KC is for the Bills. Good luck and pound them Pats!
  19. For the right price, definitely.
  20. She only SEEMED to know more because you couldn't understand a frickin' thing Dickerson was saying!
  21. Actually Gandy played LT for the Bears for I think it was 20 games. However I think it's what you said, i.e. it looked like a zone blitz and he lost him.
  22. The Bills didn't want a rookie at LG, otherwise they probably would have started Preston (which I HOPE happens now). So it was either take a chance on Big Mike and hope that at least he shows something, or stick with Anderson. So after Mike showed he couldn't hack it, it was back to Big Ben. I don't think keeping Big Mike in there would have helped things any, if not made things worse. This has been rehashed time and time again. It seemed like a good pick at the time. Personally I think the problem lies with Big Mike's motivation and toughness more than anything, and as they say, you can't measure heart and desire.
  23. Well at least I could understand Lisa's mistakes, and she was eye candy. Dickerson? Yech!
  24. It's too bad he won't accept them. Which means he'll probably be shown the egress sometime before next season.
  25. Good god! Was j#34t actually SERIOUS?! Oy.
