  1. Belichick was instrumental in the Giants winning 2 SB's. Was Jauron?
  2. I'm glad the Bills' O-line is as good, that their TE's are as good, that their defense is as good, and that their coaching is as good, as the Steelers'.
  3. I'll bet you they don't. And give me the off-season and I MIGHT just bet you that the Bills sweep the Dols, like they were 5 seconds away from doing THIS year.
  4. He DOES? Didn't seem that way when he was the HC and then HC/OC.
  5. Just wait for the Steelers to lose the SB.
  6. Making the announcement at 11 AM on Tuesday IS "by Wednesday."
  7. Well then, the question is where will Belichick go without Weis and Crennel? Probably the same place as Tuna.
  8. Forget comparing the situation to Buffalo's, Mularkey is a downgrade from Linehan.
  9. What has Lofton shown/proven? This is the kind of thinking that led Denny Green to eschew giving the Bills the Cards' 2nd round pick for Travis last year. And while Travis didn't workout for the Titans last year, the guy the Cards picked is an absolute bust. Give me a guy who has a proven track record, especially given the failures of the past 2 HC's.
  10. I get stoopid. I shoot an arrow like Cupid. I use a word that don't mean nuthin', like looptid.
  11. We should send Miami a draft pick for making him their OC. Relax, I'm only (half) kidding!
  12. My only concern about Ngata is how he played in the bowl game.
  13. Whether it's Mularkey or someone else, compared to Linehan, who was a surprisingly good OC, the next OC will be a downgrade.
  14. I like it. Hope it happens that way. And don't forget: STC -Bobby April That could be one sick set of coaches (depending on Caldwell).
  15. Jason Peters will play LT. The Bills will need to find a RT which will be relatively easier and cheaper.
  16. Yeah, #1 ranking, here we come!
  17. The Bills should use FA to shore up need areas. I'd say those are DT and OL, with one guy needed there minimum. The draft can then be used to fill-in other areas, or to take the DT or OL if they didn't get one in FA.
  18. I think a 1st round DT will a help a lot faster than a 1st round OL, or that the odds are higher of a 1st round DT helping faster than a 1st round OL. And the lack of a stud DT this year killed the Bills' defense. I don't know if Ngata is the guy, or if the Bills can find a DT in FA, but that's the #1 priority in my mind. Because with a good defense, you at least have a chance. Then take the promising guys on the O-line (Peters, Preston, Gandy at OG) and add a FA or two there, drafting one for the future.
  19. I learned on a trip to Hawaii that there are a lot of Polynesian Mormons, and BYU has a big influence on them.
  20. Eh. Warren got a fat contract as a rookie and played like crap during his time in Cleveland. Then he signs a 1-year deal with the Broncos and has a good year. Caveat emptor. And as for Hutch, I'd rather go for Bentley. He can play OG and OC, at a Pro Bowl level.
  21. Anyone watch these games and see anyone who stood out?
  22. And D-linemen usually make an impact quicker than O-linemen.
  23. If UCONN wins tonight, they'll be #1. Let's go Huskies!
  24. Aha! It's just so crazy, it might work! Brilliant!
  25. Man, what would be the odds that one of the 3 Arizona Cardinals fans in the world would, of all of the places in the world, settle in Wellsville?
