Why should it be a sham? Why not call him the OC/AHC? Have they already hired an OC (I don't see one on their website). And Sherman still hasn't accepted it.

Maybe Sherman, who couldn't get a job as a HC and will now work for his bud just to keep his feet wet until next year. But Bates isn't in the picture. So at best they get 1 good coach to coach the O-line, a postion he never coached in the NFL before. Sounds good to me!

No, Wade was/is a great coordinator. So too was/is GW. And as for the Bills' search for a new DC, there is no rush to hire one right now. In fact, I'd wait until after the SB and interview Steelers' +/- Seahawks assistant coaches for the DC job.

Probably not. The NFL in all their wisdom bent over backwards to let Ganja back in so I doubt they suspend him for life if he fails his next drug test. Probably a "bad Ricky, bad!"
