  1. Good, I'm glad they inquired about him. That should spur other teams on to want to trade for him.
  2. Consider the source. Stupid as as stupid does, or watches, as the case may be.
  3. I think that Bledsoe is one of the few QB's that TO can't say boo to, and that that along with him getting paid $10M this year will make him shut up...during the regular season. However I predict that if they make the post-season, and they should, Drew coming-up small in big games will set TO off.
  4. Why would the Bills release him? They can easily afford to keep him and STILL can sign other FA's.
  5. Dangle Moulds in front of Philly. Make 'em sweat it out. They are in a distant 4th in the NFC East and need to make a splash with a FA signing on offense, where they're depleted.
  6. Hurt us how? The Bills save $5.5M if he's traded or released before June 1st (and they MIGHT even be able to spread out the $3.8M cap hit over 2 seasons if he's released BEFORE June 1st, as per the new CBA). And Moulds would easily restructure or take a paycut to a team he'd like to go to, no?
  7. With this news, I'm PRAYING that KJ goes to the Gints. That way it more or less forces Philly to pursue Moulds heavily.
  8. Eric's current contract calls for him to make $6.089M this year and $7.25M next year. A new team could add a year to his contract to make it $13.34M over 3 years with a $4M signing bonus and make it work out, seeing as how he'd take less to play for a "winning team."
  9. That's a relative thing. There are several "good teams" who would be willing to pay him more than the Pats would be willing to do. Good move on the Bills' part telling him to look for a trade. Helps drive up his price and lets him know what's out there.
  10. I can see every team but NE. They never pay a lot for WR's and think that players should pay THEM to play for them. When they see how much Moulds wants, and when Moulds sees how many players have jumped ship, this is NOT a match that's going to happen. And I doubt Moulds ever plays for Miami, just out of principle.
  11. LOL! Does KJ think the Pats will pay him $4M a year?
  12. Vinatieri was clutch. If not for him, they wouldn't have a single SB win, much less 3 of them. I'm just glad it's over one way or another.
  13. Yeah the Iggles are clearly the worst team in the NFC East.
  14. Doubtful. It's not like they grow on trees. And Vinatieri took about 3 years before he became a great kicker. He was downright scary his first handful of seasons in the NFL. Oh and he's been slipping. Whether he stayed with the Pats or not, that key to their SB-winning ways was done with. Probably better for the Pats they didn't spend a ton on him, but it's the end of an era no matter how you look at it.
  15. Well he DID say he wouldn't take less than $2.5M a year. So I wonder if Moulds thinks he worth KJ money or TO money?
  16. Oh, I thought it was because VAwhatever had a hard-on for him and wants to be right about him? Six of one...
  17. Shelton is a lazy, unmotivated player. At $3M a year, he would have been a disaster, like I suspect he'll be for the Dols. Hell even at just $1M, the Browns didn't feel like keeping him and went with a guy who, by all accounts, is better served playing RT. And no I don't think that Teague is a good center.
  18. Yeah, if ONLY the Bills had traded for Shelton and his $3M a year contract.
  19. I haven't heard of anyone talking to him.
  20. The Bills could keep Moulds for this year and with the new provision in the CBA, cut him prior to June 1st next year and incur about a $1.8M cap hit for 2007 (and 2008). Given that the cap will rise by $5M, the Bills can easily afford to do that.
  21. Without a replacement for Moulds, I'm changing my tune on cutting him. However if he DOES stay under his current contract, the Bills have to demand that he stay in Buffalo over the off-season and workout with the QB's.
  22. "Half the price." Yeah, okay.
