    Good call about Nate. Can't talk about DB picks since they've been hits (can't call a 6th rounder like Thomas a "bust") and have been needed. The Bills have actually drafted OL in pretty much the same rounds over the same timeperiod.

    Let's see. There was Kevin Thomas, a 6th rounder in 2002. Then there was McGee, a 4th rounder in 2004. And Eric King in the 5th last year. That's a LOT of high wasted picks on some bad players!

    Marv said a couple days ago that the guy they wanted would be available well after their 8th pick. Huff was projected as a top-10 pick. To me that says that Whitner was their man all along, not Huff.

    Uh, since he just DUMPED Milloy, don't you THINK he's saying that Milloy is no longer a top safety? Players DO get old and decline, you know. Still not sure about the Whitner pick, but I like the McCargo pick.

    He's lost WAY more than $10M! He lost out on a full year of NFL pay as the #1 overall pick, and he lost out on becoming the #1 pick. I'd say he lost $20M at least. I hope taking ballroom dancing and losing in the national title game was worth it.
