  1. Sucks if Connolly is out for any period of time. They said he hadn't left the building, and that that was a good sign.
  2. I have a feeling that DE Mark Word will be a player for the Bills this year. Just a hunch.
  3. The Bills got rid of some of the more vociferous anti-JPites in Moulds and Adams. So the lack of leadership issue will likely be less of one this year, without guys like them undermining him.
  4. Holcomb's 4 INT game against the Jets is the LAST time I wanted to see him as a Bills starter. There's no upside with him. None. I'd rather go with Losman to see what's there, and then turn to Nall.
  5. It's possible that most teams had 3, but some, like the Bills, truly had 5 or more, even though 1 or more was undrafted. I don't know.
  6. I used it and never had that problem. The trick I assume is to TRULY drive the car 1 mile at 10 MPH (or whatever they suggest) after you pump it into the tire, to evenly coat the inside of it.
  7. The report I read said all three were checking-down a lot (ugh!), but that Losman was gunning them deep and into tight spots.
  8. Or a lot of teams (presumably in the 3rd round) picked guys OUTSIDE the top 100.
  9. Holcomb has been the safest. Boring!
  10. They're depressingly bad.
  11. I think the rumors about his eye(s) were just that. And with Dallas, he signed with them just 1 week prior to the start of the season, meaning he missed ALL meaningful practice time with them. Plus he was buried behind Keyshawn, Glenn, and Witten, all excellent receivers.
  12. Even though I was always a casual NHL fan, for some reason even when Drury was with the Avs, I always thought he was a classy, as well as talented, player.
  13. True. It's only been like what, almost 20 years since then?
  14. Where? You DO realize the Bills are currently $10M UNDER the cap, right? What do/did you think $12.25M under the cap was going to get them?
  15. BTW: http://www.buffalonews.com/editorial/20060507/2037677.asp
  16. Yeah and with the Vick-led Falcons, Price averaged 55 catches for 706 yards. Not so good for a #1 WR, but very good for a #2 WR, which is what he'll be in Buffalo.
  17. Must be an amalgam of Zoom, Dr. Who, Agatha Christie presents, and Reading Rainbow.
  18. Actually without Culpepper playing this season (let me rephrase that, without Culpepper having a full training camp and pre-season, which he'll need AT THE VERY LEAST since he looked like crap before injuring himself last season), the QB's the Dols have are worse than Fiedler/Frerotte. It's going to be a long season for them if Culpepper doesn't play, and play well.
  19. At the very least, Reyes doesn't commit as many penalties as Anderson. That alone should guarantee he starts at LG.
  20. Ralph is anything BUT cheap. A team is allowed to spend just 54% of the cap on player salaries, but Ralph has been spending 100% of the cap. That's amounted to a difference of over $30M each of the last 4-5 years alone. So the next time people tell you Ralph is cheap, tell them they're stupid.
  21. Going by that logic, none of the rookies have a chance to start. I doubt that.
  22. Uh, I think you meant Bruce Campbell.
  23. BTW, when is Hecht supposed to return?
