  1. Sounds like it and there's no reason they shouldn't make the moves they feel are best for the team. The new regime has NO allegiance to any player, with the possible exception of those they drafted, signed, and re-signed.
  2. I e-mailed Chris Brown and this is what he said: So Spikes IS the strong-side LB and Crowell the weak-side LB. Good because that makes perfect sense.
  3. Even if JP plays slightly worse than Holcomb, it's his job to lose. You know what you've got with Holcomb.
  4. Report I read said bruised shoulder suffered yesterday. Nothing serious.
  5. My magic 8-ball says "doubtful."
  6. I know for a fact that the Rams were set to take him at the 11th spot. And when he was gone, they traded down.
  7. Sounds like JP had a good day today, after a bad one yesterday. However I didn't realize until recently that he was playing with the 2nd string O-line, which changes things quite a bit. Although that ALSO tells me that IF the Bills suffer an injury to more than 1-2 starting OL, they're SCREWED!
  8. No, Scraps.
  9. Yeah, that Peters extension SUCKED!
  10. I'm right there with you. Rivers has the better team around him but the way he looked at the end of last year really made me doubt he'll be ready to lead them.
  11. Uh, Leinart's sitting home in Cali.
  12. Rolle signed a 6-year deal. If the Bills are offering less guaranteed money for a 5-year deal, it's fine. If it's less money for a 6-year deal, it's not okay.
  13. I remember they called DeWayne Robertson of the Jets the same thing.
  14. Yep. Should have addressed this with the last CBA, but judging by the CBA itself, most of the owners were too stupid to think of this.
  15. Who? And if I had to guess, I'd say Davis is gone. And they keep 7. And Wilson makes it.
  16. There are going to be some TOUGH decisions. Like 6 versus 7 WR's, and if 6, who do you cut?
  17. Oh yeah! The "Ralph is too cheap" mantra!
  18. I suspect that the Bills will do what I said and start taking money off the table. And Whitner does NOT want to sit-out the year and re-enter the draft next year. He'd cost himself $15M at least.
  19. It first saw it on buffalobills.com, and it looks like someone just linked to it on the TBD homepage: http://www.buffalobills.com/news/news.jsp?news_id=3920
